11505127****The hotel's location is great. We rented a car locally and the hotel has its own parking lot, which was very convenient. Misses 2 and 10 at the front desk provided excellent service. They actively helped us register for free parking and even upgraded our room. We stayed for multiple nights. One morning, after we left and requested cleaning, Auntie Yan Qun from housekeeping, after tidying up, noticed our wet clothes. She thoughtfully brought us a drying rack and hung them up. When we returned in the evening, we saw them, which showed incredible dedication to service. Changsha is wonderful, we'll definitely come back, and Junyi Shanshui Hotel is excellent, we'll stay here again next time. Highly recommended!!!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, going out of their way to introduce all the hotel's facilities and services, which really made me feel welcome as a first-time guest. The room itself was impeccable! Spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so there was no disturbance from outside. The bathroom was spotless, with every detail handled perfectly. The hotel's breakfast and evening desserts also left a deep impression on me. Here, I truly felt pampered with meticulous care and enjoyed an ultimate comfortable experience. I highly recommend it to everyone; I'm sure you'll love it as much as I did once you stay!

MM305968****We stayed during the autumn holiday, and the hotel manager thoughtfully informed us beforehand that it would be quite full to ensure our stay wasn't negatively affected by any potential service shortcomings. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff consistently showed initiative in their service. Issues were resolved promptly and efficiently, whether it was the duty manager, the front desk, or the housekeeping staff. Overall, excellent service!
Pros regarding facilities and services:
1. Spacious rooms.
2. Automatic sensor lights for night-time, a very thoughtful design.
3. A vanity mirror and a small trash can specifically for makeup next to the sink.
4. Laifen hairdryer.
5. Separate shower and toilet.
6. Delicious hotel breakfast, especially the stir-fried noodles! 😂
7. Complimentary snacks upon check-out.
Cons:
1. There's subway/construction work near the hotel, which wasn't indicated on the platform or informed by the hotel beforehand. However, they kindly moved us to another room, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep.
2. The weather in Changsha was too warm these past few days, and the room was quite hot since the hotel could only turn on heating, not cooling. But they did provide a fan, which was a decent workaround and acceptable.
Haha, it feels like a 5-star hotel standard, very good. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

First off, the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere, whether it's tourist attractions or night markets. Secondly, the room views are incredibly nice; it's a prime vantage point with huge glass windows, offering completely different beauties during the day and night. The breakfast spread is extensive, and what's rare is that almost everything tastes delicious. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it, with the chefs flipping woks in the open kitchen behind, and the bakery's skill is really on point. The staff here are all incredibly service-oriented; they anticipate your needs and act on them thoughtfully. In short, they are very proactive and also greet you warmly. A special thanks to Sera for her thoughtful service!

NNigequzhuhuiSomething came up last minute, so I extended my stay for another night. They even gave me a free upgrade! The room had a fully smart Xiaodu assistant, a smart speaker, and a really clear projector, all very convenient to use. It's a completely smart room; you just call out to Xiaodu to turn the lights on or off. You don't even have to get out of bed if you're cold. The hotel room was clean and hygienic, the surrounding area has convenient transportation, and it's very close to the subway station. The breakfast was rich and varied, and there's free parking right outside. The mattress was also super comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. I'll definitely come back next time!

The room hygiene was excellent; the bed was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The view from the window was also beautiful; at night, you could see Changsha's stunning river view, with lights reflecting on the water, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The overall stay felt quiet and relaxing.
The only minor suggestion would be if the air conditioning in the room could be a bit stronger, that would make it perfect. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Our 58th-floor high-rise room offered direct views of the Xiangjiang River sunset and the city's nightscape – it was all bundled right into our accommodation. After 3 days and 2 nights, we didn't want to leave! The value for money was absolutely insane! 🤯

The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room perfectly framed the Xiangjiang River! In the afternoon, we lounged on the sofa and watched the sunset over Juzizhou Island paint the river golden-red. At night, as the city lights came on, the Xiangjiang River cruise boats looked like stars floating on the water ✨. My mom said this view was even better than the observation deck at Juzizhou Island (after all, it's comfier to watch from bed, hehe).

▪️ **Elevator:** The moment the doors opened, a shimmering galaxy curtain greeted us! It perfectly echoed the 'Journey of Light' theme, and my mom snapped 10 photos! 📸
▪️ **Corridor:** An arched ceiling + ambient light strips made walking through feel like a journey through a time tunnel. Even the art installation at the entrance was aesthetically pleasing; every shot was a masterpiece!

▪️ **Voice-controlled** curtains, lights, and TV. Just call out 'open curtains' from bed to see the Xiangjiang River.
▪️ The **in-room tablet** allowed us to order items, and a robot delivered water/snacks directly to our door.
▪️ The **smart toilet and bathroom mirror** in the restroom were, according to my mom, even more convenient than at home!
The blend of technology and art was just right – sophisticated yet not cold.

The restaurant boasts a light luxury art style, with blue velvet sofas and metallic accents. Having breakfast felt like a date at an art museum.
The buffet breakfast offered an incredibly wide variety:

✔️ Freshly made oil-splashed noodles, Cantonese dim sum, fruit, desserts… My mom devoured 2 bowls of noodles! 🍜

▪️ The **24-hour gym** allowed us to run while enjoying river views.
▪️ The **laundry room** had both washing machines and dryers, so we could wash all our clothes during our 3-day stay.
▪️ There's also a super popular **selfie photo studio** with tons of free props, and all digital negatives are complimentary.
**📍 Hotel:** Changsha Tyndall Gap Hotel (Located in the city center, it's not as noisy as hotels near Wuyi Square, and the subway station is right downstairs, which is very convenient).

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
