We checked in for 2 days and went out that afternoon. We received a very professional call from Linda at the hotel front desk. She told us that the room had a do not disturb light and it had not been cleaned or replenished yet. She asked if it was convenient to clean it. In fact, we accidentally pressed it when we went out.
