Howard Johnson Yacht Club Hotel Changsha

This is my first time in Changsha. Howard Johnson's all-round service has given me an inexplicable fondness for this city. I booked a deluxe river view king room based on reviews on Ctrip. Xiao Wang has been very patient in communicating with me about the room requirements, check-in period, etc., and the check-in was indeed very well arranged according to my requirements. The hotel is very comfortable to stay in. The river view room has a wide view and unbeatable scenery. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. Because the high-speed rail leaves at 4 pm, I negotiated with the front desk whether the check-out time can be postponed to 2 pm. Xiao Wu at the front desk also enthusiastically helped coordinate to postpone the check-out to 2 pm, so that I can rest for two more hours in the hotel and avoid the fatigue of waiting at the station. Next time I come to Changsha, I will definitely choose to stay at Howard Johnson. I came here for the second time. The room is close to the street and it is quite quiet. It takes only 1 minute to walk to the river. It is very pleasant. The service of Tracy in the lobby is satisfactory👍

The service is very good, the view is very good, and we upgraded to a river view room, which has an unbeatable view! The big bathtub is super nice. It's great to take a bath while watching the night view. The children like it very much. The details are well done, and toiletries and slippers for children are provided. I will choose this place next time I come to Changsha☺️

When traveling, stay at Changsha Xiangjiang Howard Johnson Hotel. It is clean and hygienic, with a wide view. The night view of Xiangjiang River is very nice. The front desk Howen service is good. The breakfast is rich in variety 👍👍

The river view is quite beautiful! I brought my child to check in and was given a smoking room. Although it had been treated, the smell of smoke was still strong. Later, I went to the front desk and they said there was no room to change. After negotiation, I upgraded to a river view room on a non-smoking floor. The room was a little bigger and felt much more comfortable. Facing the river, it was very comfortable to lie on the sofa and watch the children play. Haha, you can go for a walk by the river downstairs of the hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant the next day was quite delicious. The service was good. I specifically praised the front desk guy Vincent. It was the most satisfactory stay. I suggest that you must book a river view room when you stay.

There are major banks in front of the hotel, which is a good location. Vincent's service was very good and helped us solve the problem of extending our stay. The service staff was friendly and it is worth coming again
