點贊！ 來承德多次，這是服務體驗最好的一次。訂了家庭房，提前電話聯繫孩子喜歡在帳篷裏睡，怕地板涼，店方立刻請客房部大姐給孩子做了厚厚的棉墊子，娃入住和離店時大堂趙麗偉經理還兩次給娃送了禮物，娃住的開心極了，甚至説不想出去玩，就在酒店裡~贊贊贊！

Spacious and clean room. Very helpful front service ladies, always standby to help. About 5-10 minutes walking to the mountain resort. There is one of the largest shopping mall just in between the hotel and the resort. Fifth floor has many restaurant. There are also many eateries just behind the hotel with 5-10 minutes walk. Very commended when you come to Chengde

Great location, short drive or 15 minute walk to Summer palace. Close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very comfortable, although the one I staye din didn't have a fridge. Staff were extremely friendly. Didn't have breakfast but would consider getting it next time as the hotel was so good. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in the commercial center of the city. The surrounding facilities are very complete and very lively. By far the best accommodation in Chengde, in relation between price and quality. The service was amazing!!! I don't know how much money the reception ladies make, but they deserve a raise, every single time I had a question they were able to answer, from places to go, to places to eat. Limited english support, of course, but a translation app does the job. The room I stayed in was male-only. The beds all had curtains, an indoor light, and a private plug for charging, so no complaints. The in-room bathroom was always clean aswell. The only con would be the amenities, no towel, no toothbrush, but I had brought my own so not a problem for me, and this is begging to look like common practice at hostels worlwide. And you need to make your own bed. Aside from that everything was perfect.

An old four-star standard hotel. As soon as you enter the door, you feel like you have returned to the 80s and 90s. Very close to the expressway, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the children like it very much. The hotel staff are warm, polite and efficient. Pillows and quilts are comfortable and toiletries are good. At this price I think it's a good choice. I will stay here next time I come to Chengde. My room is facing the inside of the community, there is basically no sound outside at night, there are many restaurants nearby, cheap and delicious, really good
