Awesome check-in experience took a total of 5 mins max, with instructions for the stay shared via Wechat. Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Beautiful design, great stay, fuss-free check in and check out. What'@ not to like? Special mention to Nancy Shine Coco.

Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. I am willing to spend this time this time because this apartment hotel is really great! If you come to Chengdu to play, especially the size of the family is perfect! First of all, the location is next to Taikoo Li, the subway is covered, the downstairs is lively, the upstairs is quiet and comfortable, and the large floor-to-ceiling glass is a perspective of the bustling Taikoo Li. This suite is fully open, modern and well decorated, the space is very open, two big beds, our family of four lived very comfortable, there are two bathrooms, laundry dryer (even laundry detergent is equipped) sofa, bar, kitchenette are all available, Buying fruit food back is as convenient as at home! The indoor air conditioning is very warm, the air conditioning can adjust the temperature at will. I also want to especially like the housekeeper Xiao Lu. From the beginning of check-in, it is a warm reception. Basically, I am responsive. I need something to be delivered immediately at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I really feel at home!
