Staff were very nice. Close to Chinatown but quite a distance away from main attractions and locations Chicago is known and should be experienced for. Bus stop and Metro is relatively near and walkable.
As for accessibility to the McCormick Convention Center, it is pretty accessible via a short bus ride.

Everything is nice. But the shampoo and conditioner were so small. And there was no body wash available.

Not bad at all, service soso, the location is not bad, nice near Chinatown, and Star Bucks Coffee next door. We checked out too late, our own mistake, but no mercy, they were not fully booked, yet they charged the full rate. The employee tried his best but the female owner was stiff. For the rest a nice stay.

The room is not big, and the decoration is indeed in the style of domestic guesthouses, not the popular American standard. There is no microwave in the room, the safe does not work, the batteries are rusted, and the Wifi is sometimes unavailable. The price-performance ratio is not high. The location is excellent in the prime location of Chinatown. The elevator requires a card to be swiped for security. The front desk clerk, Ms. Kuang, is conscientious and responsible in her work. I like her!
