The hotel is in a great location! Close to main attractions and lots of restaurants! Main staff was not very friendly. Hotel is beautiful when you enter. Rooms are very old and need updating. The toilet in my bathroom had a corroded tank and a broken lever. That was a bit frustrating. Bed was very hard!! Room was very cold! Only one thermostat for the entire hotel. There is no individual thermostat in each room. Had to ask for extra blankets. They did provide that for me. The fitness room is very nice! Every thing you need to have a really good workout! They indicated they are in the process of renovating rooms. They’ve just not completed that project yet. I would stay there again if the price was right. Hopefully next time I’ll get an updated room!

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.

The hotel is located in the city centre, walking distance to most attractions 👍🏻👍🏻 Staffs are nice and helpful. Overall it’s very good for the value, recommended!

I stayed here for one night using 50,000 H Honors rewards and loved it. Check in was fast and friendly. Wifi is fast and reliable. Be sure to push hard on the door to open your room since it's a new door it's still kinda stiff no big deal but I figured it out! Also when getting on the right elevator make sure you use the right one since they share this property with another Hilton brand hotel here. Angela the manager was nice enough to send me a text to ask if everything was ok! That is service above and beyond what is expected! Kudos to her great customer service! The King deluxe city view room was huge! it felt like more like being in an apartment. Microwave and fridge were very convenient. The bed and pillows were super soft. The area is kind of quiet at night since it's a business district but the good thing about that is that it's quiet at night and right next door to the Willis Tower aka ”Sears Tower!” I highly recommend a visit up to the 360 observation deck. The closest restaurant that was open past 6pm was Giordanos. I had the Italian beef sandwich add cheese and it was amazing! It's right across the street. The orange line is only 1 block away right across from Giordanos and it takes you to Midway Airport in less than 30 minutes. If I am in this part of Chicago again I would definitely stay here! Recently stayed for 5 nights on a business trip and was less than satisfied. When I arrived to my room, the refrigerator and TV were both unplugged and the carpet was wet under the refrigerator from it being off. I had to move the dresser out and plug both back in. While there I had a few articles of clothing dry cleaned and that was a mistake. I followed the in room instructions filling out the form and dialing ”0” to have the clothes picked up but couldn't get a hold of anybody. When I brought them in the provided bag to the front desk the staff looked at me as if I was from another planet before calling somebody to come take them as they wanted nothing to do with it. The clothes were returned late and not by the 6PM time they were guaranteed to be delivered by. To make it worse, when reviewing by receipt after leaving I found that I was charged nearly triple what my laundry receipt showed. I sent an email to the hotel with copies of both the laundry and hotels receipts and over 5 days later now and have yet to get a response. I called yesterday and after waiting on the phone for over 25 minutes I was transferred to accounting. Accounting told there was nothing they could do because that was the amount the outside service they use charged them even though it didn't match the pricing provided in the room. I was then transferred again to housekeeping where I had to leave a voicemail and a day later and still no response. There are plenty of hotels on and near Michigan Ave. If you prefer good customer service stay elsewhere.

I visited the Warwick Allerton with a group of friends over a three night stay. The hotel is older, in the midst of a remodel. Our room was fine, appeared to be remodeled. It was clean, comfortable bed and furniture. Housekeeping had to be scheduled and we ran out of toilet paper before the scheduled service. Additionally our wifi was continually disconnecting. Alicia from the front desk offered to come up to our room, reset our wifi and delivered 2 rolls of toilet paper. She arrived within minutes of me talking to her. She was friendly and very helpful. The hotel charges a $15.00 daily service fee. The restaurant was closed for remodeling and there was no food on the premises. There may have been a gym, which we did not use. I fail to see the benefits of the facility fee and would rather just have the room charge be higher if the hotel needs to make a higher profit on the rooms. The hotel is in a good location for shopping and restaurants. The valet service was also efficient.

First time in Chicago so didn't know where to stay, luckily I found this hotel and it was very nice, hotel rooms are nicely decorated and clean, took a while to figure out where coffee machine was but found it in the end, only blemish was one set of elevator was not functional but there was no notice posted. It's not that difficult to post notice on the tenth floor was it? But all in all, a pleasant stay and a great location with nice restaurants around hotel, definitely will come again.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

Comfortable hotel, was a nice stay but overall I wish I would have spent an extra $50-75 a night to stay somewhere nicer. Upon entering there are 2 front desks, one with a sign for VOCO and one with a sign for Holiday Inn, when I arrived I stood at the VOCO side and eventually the employee from the holiday inn side asked if I needed anything to which I replied that I was checking in and she rolled her eyes and responded “okay……then come over here” not sure how I was supposed to know it was one hotel and I could check in at holiday inn? Still not 100% sure if this is a holiday inn rebranded or why the front desk attendant felt the need to be rude. Pros: - great water pressure - good lighting in the bathroom - quick delivery/service of towels - large room, updated furniture - water stations are super convenient, can fill the provided glass jugs and keep them in your fridge - safe area right on the Riverwalk - great view from room Cons: - I went down to the market to get plastic silverware for takeout and had to pay $1.12 for a plastic fork…..couldn’t be charged to the room, just a bad experience having to go back up to my room and get my credit card to buy a fork after traveling for 8 hours and wanting to relax and eat dinner, for $900 for a 3 night stay I think a plastic fork could be complimentary - The heat/AC completely shut off my last night, the thermostat died/none of the buttons or fan would work, I can’t speak to how they would have handled it because I didn’t try, it was 10pm and I was just tired and didn’t want to deal with someone coming to the room - overall the staff just seems disinterested in your presence or experience, even when checking out I let them know about the thermostat so they could get it fixed for the next room and they just replied “okay” - could have been a little cleaner, see picture of fan where metal covering is coming off and corner was sharp

We were in town for a family wedding The hotel staff was courteous and could not have been more accommodating The room was very comfortable and housekeeping was extremely attentive. We would make a daily walk to Cozy Corner restaurant for the ultimate in breakfast To the entire staff many thanks
