The two of us drove to Qiandao Lake. We originally wanted to stay at the Millennium Resort Hotel. After checking online, we found that this hotel was the closest hotel to the boat dock on the central island, so we decided to stay there. I booked this lake view room. After driving to the Zhijia Hotel, the first thing the doorman did was skillfully and enthusiastically direct the parking and help us get our luggage. When we came to the clean and bright lobby, the two ladies at the reception desk were also very enthusiastic to check us in. When Ms. Yu Rong learned that we were traveling by car, she suggested that we upgrade to an executive lake view room. She said that such a room has a better view. If we are tired, we can look at the scenery in the room and rest, which will make us feel more comfortable. So we upgraded to an executive lake view room. After checking into the hotel, I felt that although the room was not very big, it was very warmly decorated. The bathroom has a washbasin, a bathtub, a shower, an automatic toilet and other equipment. The view of the lake from the room is very beautiful. When we came here it was a cloudy day and we opened the door. The view on the balcony was as beautiful as an ink painting. Their breakfast is also very good and has a wide variety. A fruit plate is delivered to the room every day. Soft drinks and food in the ice bar can be replenished at any time after use and are free to use. Two free afternoon teas are also provided from 2:00 to 4:00 every afternoon. When guests come in and out for fun, a battery sightseeing car will pick them up and back to the hotel gate. When I came back from an evening trip, there were two hot portions of Tremella Fungus and Red Date Soup. In short, staying in this hotel is very warm and feels like home. Just this service, this environment and catering, etc. Check-in standard is 630 yuan per day. It is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever visited by car. I also hope that the restaurant will continue to maintain its status. I will recommend my friends to stay in this hotel when they come to Qiandao Lake.

Voco in 100 island lake is surrounded by impressive scenery. The rooms are very modern and cosy. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a corner room which had a huge bathtub in a fairly large bathroom overlooking the lake.I enjoyed it. And,most importantly, I was lucky to be looked after by the hotel manager on duty,Leona,who provided a quick room upgrade,arranged a complimentary dinner and coffee for me, escorted me to the shuttle bus and spoke fluent English. I will come back! 👌

We arrived in the afternoon and were quickly checked in. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade and some gifts for the children. The rooms were spacious, well kept and bright. We had a great view of the lake despite the rainy weather. The children's play room was very impressive. There was hours of fun for the younger one, who visited every day of our stay. The staff were particularly kind and helpful. Kate and Huan were very helpful. They were super friendly and looked after our child well. Breakfast and dinner was extensive. There was Chinese and Western options so everyone was pleased. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for such a lovely stay.

I loved the lake view from my room, and highly recommend higher floors. The bathtub with the open view was also amazing,the beds were soft and sleek. However,I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars; the decor is quite old with its dark colours, a bit worn out wallpapers and quite old carpets in the corridor. It was very noisy with lots of families and their kids. Buliding 1 has two lifts only and you end up waiting and being squashed in a lift all the time. Coming down to breakfast restaurant was about strange as the lift takes you to the basement parking so one needs to go past the cars unless you want to walk outside the building.The breakfast was buzzing with too many people impatient to que politely. Most importantly, I really feel the front desk service needs a lot of improvement; I understand that nobody speaks English, we can use translators,but noone welcomed me properly and wished me a nice stay: my Alipay and passport only mattered. I was lucky with Xio Qian ( front desk boy) who offered to help and share the information about amenities and trips around the lake. I am very grateful to him. The gym in building 5 was a disappointment; One swimming pool is to be shared between 4 other buildings. Because it rained, the water was quite cold in the pool. Overall,this hotel would suit families and kids mainly,but i would not recommend it to single expats and certainly would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.

The swimming pool is closed in September. Too early. I went there in the end of September and the temperature was 28 celsius degree! I hope in the future, they can consider to open it… Front desk are very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my time there! Thank you!

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

Hotel is at very nice location, I. e near to the lake. Front end staff is courteous and friendly. We were allowed early check in and lamest check out. There are many super markets and restaurants outside the hotel. Hotel has special counter for travel local site seeing booking. The person was very friendly and helping. Break fast is okay and has a beautiful view of the lake.

Staying at Qiandao Lake Manju Hotel again was as satisfactory as ever. From the moment I booked the room, hotel customer service Jingjing has been communicating with me about check-in and dining matters. They also helped us upgrade to a lake-view room. They were very user-friendly and very helpful. satisfy. In addition, the food in the hotel tastes better than before, especially the fish head soup, soft-shell turtle, river eel, and native chicken and old duck are all delicious. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will continue to choose Manju Hotel to stay. Not only does it have Spacious and comfortable rooms and delicious food, as well as beautiful Jingjing and handsome chef Cheng!

I came to Qiandao Lake for self-driving in the last few days of Jinjiuyinten. I was not disappointed by staying in this hotel. After all, Novotel is a well-established French hotel. It is worth it. The hotel facilities are very new and the staff's service attitude is also very good. In particular, Miss Bear is very professional in her business skills. It can be said that it was a very pleasant trip to Qiandao Lake!
