The vendors provided are professionals in doing their work! 🙏🏻👍🏻 The hotel itself is beautiful - and although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly as well.

This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

Inside the hotel there are many old photos and historical objects of the building at that time (I don’t know if you have seen the houses of wealthy people in Thai dramas. This hotel has exactly the same style). 🔗Room: A large bed was ordered, but the room area is 40 square meters, and the room style is also very local. 🔗About service: As a five-star hotel, the staff's service is above par, and they are very enthusiastic and have smiles on their faces😊 which makes people feel very friendly. Here you can taste local specialty breakfast and Western breakfast. You can also order dishes on the menu but it is not free. ✔️The most surprising thing is the bar on the 8th floor of the hotel - La Vue Rooftop Bar. It is an open-air bar (the swimming pool and gym are both on this floor). Here you can see the beautiful city skyline of Jakarta in the distance. It is a great place to watch. A romantic place for sunsets and night views. The wine is also very friendly to the people, I really love it. ✔️The hotel is in the center of North Jakarta but not in the downtown area and is very quiet. Calling a taxi is also very convenient. It is also very close to various attractions in Jakarta. The hotel is small in size and full of small details. If you like some western-style resort hotels like me - The hermitage I think is worth your choice.

I vacation with family .. the facilities of hotel in mulia senayan very beautiful.. especially at fitness center . This hotel have very big fitness center and many complete equipment and have tennis court I really enjoyed .. very big thanks for staff Ridwan and sukarmin very helpful. Thank you

As usual kempinski have their own standard in hospitality industry. They employed good staffs And also try to perceive what each individual needs are. How ever during this 2 nights stay only this 2 small flawed. 1. The shampoo was not in my bathroom and need to get the housekeeping to sent later. How ever probably need for the supplier to change the Color of 3 bath amenities since during busy time will be easy for them to set in the room. For your information shampoo and shower gel are same colour and the writing was very tiny. The other is during breakfast on Sunday. I know it was busy morning but I’ve ordered a new coffee and went to the smoking section to make a call and when I’ve return my table was reset and someone else have taken the table. Possible to put a signage or code for the occupancy of tables since even though the staff are well trained but some how some message was not translated as what customers wish for so I just went back to my room with only with half full stomach.

I was staying at MO Jakarta for quarantine repratriation 10 days in December 2021. At the beginning, I asked the staff via email to provide me bank details for bank transfer before I check-in but it was not provided until the day of check-in then I need to use my personal bank account. Food tasted very good and room was comfortable too. I think the letdown is laundry service that is not clear for pick-up time and one day staff forgot to pick my laundry but it’s okay caused I contacted the guest service. I’d also thank the staff who gave me mineral water in gallon and dispenser. It is such good innitiative and kind gesture. Overall, I am happy to stay at MO Jakarta for isolated 10 days without boredom and discomfort.

Outstanding and beautiful hotel - well organized and attentive staff. Easily comparable to top end hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and elsewhere. Food is excellent - room service is prompt and offers a wide choice from all available restaurants. Indonesia Plaza next door was hugely helpful and convenient.

My last staycation in Shangri-la hotel Jakarta on 31 May 2023 was amazing. The dinner in satoo was delicious and the staff especially the waiter, Mr. Bayu so friendly and helpful. My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for the service.

The problem is: Every time when a taxi drops me off in front of the hotel's lobby, and when a previously booked taxi (”Grab”) picks me up in front of the hotel's lobby, the driver must pay 5000 IDR = 0.31 USD to hotel's parking staff at the exit ramp, therefore at the end I (as a hotel guest) have to pay this expense to a taxi xriver along with a taxi fare. This is not right and it is not fair, as matter of principle. Moreover, currently the hotel's first floor is being renovated. Therefore, there is a significant level of annoying and disturbing noise (drilling, breaking, etc.) during working hours on working days, except weekend.. This disturbance is being propagated to the third floor, where I stayed.

We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.
