This hotel is in city center which is best for location, large Central Park , university , hospital all are around it, international standard breakfast was amazing. Resturent has variety of food at dinner buffet, living conform with large room. Bathtub was fantastic. Reception and housekeeping personnel was carrying. I live to live there again.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Even during extended mosquito season (through February), rooms are mosquito-free. Breakfast is substantial, and their canteen offers inexpensive meal boxes. Straightforward, well-managed, and worry-free.

The customer service was top tier, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and big and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was yummy. Overall Grand Palace hotel is worth the money.

Good hotel in a nice n quite Location in Dhaka's Rajarbag area, Specially next to Greenline Bus Terminal, one can use this Greenline Bus service to travel to almost any Major Cities in Bangladesh.. Clean rooms, But only BAD thing is their Breakfast menu is VERY POOR, very disappointed, less then average, this Hotel seriously needs to improve its complementary Breakfast menu, add more hot food items.. might stay again when in Dhaka..
