What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gem of a hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Despite being rated as a 3-star establishment, it truly felt like a 4 or even 5-star experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, all the amenities like toothbrush and stuff weren't provided. The bed was plush and luxurious, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, particularly JP. He went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever I required it. His professionalism and friendliness truly made my stay memorable. The only minor drawback was the breakfast buffet, which tended to offer the same selection day after day. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall excellence of the hotel. With everything else being more than up to standard, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
