These are wonderful apartments, just two minutes from the Dubai Mall via the Adress Hotel walkway. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and always available. We left a deposit in US dollars, and it was returned without any hassle. I definitely recommend this accommodation!

Extremely convenient for Dubai Mall – you don't even have to go outside, there's a direct connection via a skybridge straight to Chinatown. The hotel front desk staff were also excellent; my airport transfer driver couldn't find the hotel, and they helped him with the directions, ensuring I didn't miss my flight.

Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 30 meters from the Dubai Mall entrance. However, the room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. There were cigarette butts on the dirty balcony, and the furniture was grubby with dust on the light fixtures.

The location is perfect, and Haroon is a very professional and friendly manager! We stayed here for a week, and he took great care of us, even adjusting the cleaning times to our time zone.

The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.

This is a hotel that’s absolutely not at luxury standard. At a good location but staff attitude (except for room staff) is bad. We had two twin rooms and the hotel said only one twin room was booked and the other was a double bed. Room size wasn’t accurate too, trip.com stated 45sqm but hotel told us it’s only 41sqm. The curtain isn’t clean too, attached photo proof. Kitchen utensils weren’t clean too. On my first night, I called to ask to provide an option as there was construction going on even at 3am midnight, concierge said they would check but never return a call after.

Traveling solo, this place was decent. On the first day, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. The second day, I was going to book directly at the front desk, but the price had gone up. So, I ended up booking through Trip.com again, and they didn't change my room, which was actually great! That's because my room had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa from the window, so I was quite happy with it. It's an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, a stove, a range hood, and a coffee machine – you can cook your own meals, but only simple ones.
