Leonardo Boutique Hotel Duesseldorf

Dusseldorf|0.88km from Said Belga
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

Fourty Three Luxury Serviced Apartments

Dusseldorf|0.26km from Said Belga
It looks pretty at first sight, but the hotel is managed by absolute amateurs. I am also indignant by them: they have wrongly charged my credit card several people after my original booking and payment via their website without informing me about it. Thus, they have charged and again parking and breakfast and also a more expensive room!! Then don't respond to my emails, so after consultation my credit card company has blocked payments. The hotel/apartment itself? At first sight beautiful and spacious, but also here is not everything gold shines. The kitchen for example. You can put coffee and cook a egg, but cook and bread not. The exhaust of the decommission is a few centimeters under the smoke arm. If they hadn't told me before, but I missed a cookie pan. They proved to have taken steak out of the apartment so guests couldn't bake and bread!! The receptionist said the firefighter had been on the stop many times, and the airco, the bloody in the apartment also without the heating, but the windows could open, but a lot of noise from the street, there was airco, but it was clearly blocked. I had to go to the reception to pray for it, but for the rest, central location but how they can promise on their website you have a view of the King's All is a mystery. Breakfast offered a lot of choice, sad that the hot dishes were cold and the owner/manager walked loudly through the room. In short, I haven't had the idea of the German quality/detail that has always been allowed to experience when I visit many German hotels. The most important tip remains: check your credit card, even after your stay!

The location is perfect. Lots of Japanese restaurants and cafes in surrounding area. Hotel room is nice but our room had a loud noise from the airco when it turned on. The cleaning service could done a better job.

Central (city-near) Businesshotel with good transport connection and very friendly staff. I recommend a room on the back of the hotel, as the front side is aimed at the railway route and sensitive guests may hear the trains. The room was clean and very well equipped. I always find it very sympathetic when available free water and hot drinks (for the pre-stop water cooker). It is also positive to mention the board with iron in the room. I think it is very important for business travelers. The breakfast was very good (short, cheese, S*****en, salmon, rod, cooked eggs, bacon, good bread selection). I would book again there.

Traditional Japanese style hotel, small and exquisite. I like it very much. Breakfast is divided into Western and Japanese style, which is very good. Shopping is also convenient. It takes ten minutes to reach the luxury shopping area, and the price is good.

I've just had a short stay at the hotel, and I am extremely satisfied ! Lovely and warm welcoming, flexibility, delicious breakfast and cosy room. A little gem :) Despite arriving very early and my room not being ready, Mister Ron in the lobby made sure I got a nice coffee and found another room for me. The rest of the staff was also super kind and amenable, and gosh I wish I had such breakfasts everywhere :) For the location and the price, I'd say it is a must !
