The service is simply great! Feeling at home~ The service staff of the entire hotel are familiar with the itinerary of each guest. This hotel was fantastic. This was a small hotel that offers so much to its guests. We stayed here for 6 days, so we booked a suite. The room was great with plenty of room to sleep and sit, as well as great closet space and a nice bathroom. The concierge was great. The concierge assisted us with travel plans, arranging a great tour guide, and making great recommendations for dinner. Breakfast each day was great with good choices and wonderful service. We were in a great location - close to the train station and the Duomo. We enjoyed playing billiards and having a drink at the bar in the evening. This will be the hotel we will book when we return to Florence. Everything was superb.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. Because Florence SMN is in the old town, it is recommended to take a taxi if you push the box. Between 7 and 9 euros. Fourth, the hotel entrance is Lu, the door is Cartier, next to BV, Bulgari, GUCCI. Walk to Republic Square for two minutes. Go to the old bridge of Vignano for ten minutes. Great location. Fifth, the hotel service is really worthy of five stars. Always smile, funny, provide free drinks, the doorman will always take the baggage and send it directly to your room. And carefully introduce the surrounding environment and provide Chinese maps and introductions to Florence. Sixth, the decoration of the hotel is very tasteful. Of course, the paintings and statues seen in a building more than two hundred years old are antiques. And many hotels in Italy and even five-star hotels in Europe are small rooms in historic buildings. The current area in a Baroque building is really small. Eighth, the hotel is a back-shaped building, so the window in the middle room is called the “patio”. If you don’t like it, you should adjust it in advance. Ninth, the toiletries in the room are really luxurious. . And there are slippers and kettles that Chinese people like in the room. Tenth, the towels in the restrooms are all brand new cotton towels. I don't want the kind of towel that has been used for a long time. And the water pipe with a small detail hanging towel is a hot water pipe. It should be specially designed by the hotel. The hot water is very hot. If the clothes are hung on the top, it will be done the next day. The hotel has not made publicity. It will become the net red hotel in the future.

New beautiful hotel that is 5 star. Staff was first class and was very guest focused. It’s not a big hotel but the rooms were well appointed and the linens were very nice. There was a chilled bottle of Prosecco in our room when we got there. They have Paulo Airaudo, a Michelin chef in the kitchen. There is a window looking directly into the kitchen so you can watch Chef prepare wonderful dishes! It is located very close to the Medici Castle. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

The location of the room is good, in the urban area, the room can be considered as a big, very fine hotel! The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. Breakfast dining environment is also good! The layout of the room, a family of three 👨‍👩‍👧 will not be crowded when staying! The child's bed is on the other side of the room. Good space, three suitcases don't feel too crowded! The bathroom space is not small, the shower room is very interesting, it is flexible and retractable! The hotel's air conditioner is a bit hot, and the air conditioner is turned off, but I still feel a bit hot! Everything else is fine! Very cost-effective hotel.

I have seen there are no recent reviews so will update you on our visit. First off this is NOT a hotel and they do not have any services at all. They don't advertise that so it is what is says a B&B. Our room way extremely small even for europe rooms. The bathroon was the size of a telephone booth. The drain did not work at all and within 2 minutes the pan was filled and overflowing into the bathroom. You can not use the shower bascially. The air conditioning works but sounds like there are coins bashing around in it and can't really be used at all. No way to sleep in the room with that noise.. its not just a little noise it rattling really loudly. The person that run the place is only there from 2-6pm. He was very nice and helpful. If you need anything after that you are on your own. He said call him and he can come back. But hardly feels right calling a guy to run over to bring extra towels. While the location is excellent..... without a fan or air conditioning the outside noise it unbearable. Loud parties and people have fun below until at least 4:00am. I think I was dosing here and there as I heard about 30 people signing happy birthday at 3:30am. I know we had the smallest room but had I been there a second night I would have checked out a day early. This again is not a hotel I would say its a dorm room with a view.

We originally booked A Florence View B&B for 2020 which was postponed due to COVID & we had a voucher for a future stay. Giuliana at the B&B was extremely helpful in responding quickly to all our emails providing information for our new 4 night booking. The B&B is wonderfully situated you are literally surrounded by the main sites overlooking the Cathedral, Duomo, Bell Tower (it really is that close!) We were met by Leonardo who talked us through the main Florence sites & provided some great restaurants to try. A Florence View is situated in an historical building with old style furniture & decor, we had a Duomo view room which looked out onto the square (truly amazing you can’t be closer!) our accommodation had a room with a sofa, small table, fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. A separate bedroom plus bathroom with a powerful jet shower. All very clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room which was a lovely personal touch (there isn’t a separate dining room) All the main sites are within easy walking distance including the train station approx 10 mins. The friendliness & customer service was fantastic we would definitely recommend staying at A Florence View.

The manager is really kind. They explain things well and keep your luggage even after check-out at 9:45. disadvantage 1. After the sun sets, people gather to sing and perform at Piazza del Duomo. It gets a little noisy from around 9 to 10 o'clock. If you are sensitive, it may be a little difficult for you. 2. The elevator is small and the stairs are high. It's big enough to fit two suitcases. You must lift your carrier and climb up yourself. 3. The facilities are a bit old and there is no refrigerator. But the view is really nice It was a clean and comfortable hotel. Recommended if you value the view. And they say the rooftop is no longer available!

We love this place and have stayed here three times. The best feature is the location, location, location. It is right on Florence’s main square, right next to the the Duomo. From your room you overlook the square, the cathedral and baptistry. The large apartments are perfect for couples sharing or a family. We have stayed in both the 2 and the 3 bedroom apartments – it’s so good to find a 3 bedroom apartment for a family. 
LOCATION & VIEW: You can’t get better than this. The first time I saw these apartments, I couldn't believe that we were overlooking the Duomo and Brunelleschi’s magnificent red dome from our room. It really was as beautiful as it sounds and I could hardly move myself away from the windows. I must have taken 100 photos. It was even better in the evening, when the lighting on the cathedral made it look so dramatic and beautiful. Just about everything is only 2 – 5 minutes walk away - the Uffizi, Piazza Della Signora, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Mercato Centrale. We found it ideal, especially in summer, to be able to pop ‘home’ and have a brief respite from the heat or a cup of tea when we needed a break. It is also less than 10 min walk from the train station.

SERVICE: Service was cheerful and welcoming on arrival and they made us feel at home. They also had a few handy restaurant and shopping tips. The desk is not always manned so you always need to take your keys with you, but that’s hardly a problem.

ROOM: The apartments are large and spacious. Décor is attractive and is suited to the style of the old palazzo building. We felt like we had a lovely space to come back to and relax in at the end of a busy day. The kitchen space is large and open and is well equipped if you are planning on preparing meals. We had breakfast each morning but we didn't cook. What was very handy was being able to pop out to the nearby Mercato Centrale and grab cold meats, cheeses and olives for an easy lunch or for something to go with pre-dinner drinks. Coffee, tea and some basics like oil etc are supplied. There are two bathrooms which is sooo convenient when there are more than 2 of you. Bathrooms were compact but very clean. Whilst they weren’t large, they were certainly an adequate size. There is a daily housekeeping service. Some rooms have a balcony. Wifi is free and very quick OTHER NOTES: • The apartments facing the front of the building can be noisy. A couple of years ago, we had a two bedroom apartment and the front bedroom got all the noise (the other bedroom was fine). This time our room was alongside the Duomo and we did not notice any noise at all. • The central location means that you are in a pedestrianised zone so you cannot drive to the accommodation. This didn't bother us as we don’t use a car in Florence - it’s just not necessary so we always pick up our car from the station as we leave Florence. If you do bring a car, there is private parking available nearby (35 per day) • The lift is quite tiny so you

I stayed for 2 nights in this small hotel in the centre of Florence, excellent location to return after lunch to rest and also to leave the evening! very clean and bedroom in French, also the small but functional and clean bathroom. Very kind staff, it is only a pity that breakfast in this period is only offered hot drinks from a car, but very good! To access the hotel at any time, besides the reception time, access codes are provided, very convenient, check in is made after 14:00 while check out by 11:00. But I was allowed to leave my baggage in storage until mid- afternoon, a great courtesy. I found myself very good and I am sure I will be very busy back in this building.
