The hotel is okay as a whole, but the language barrier, no one can speak English, ordering a meal and gesturing for a long time, the result is still unexpected, there are many situations that cannot be explained in words

Overall the experience was good. Was cheap and cheerful, but I felt they could have provided tea and coffee or a bottle of water in the room. There was a tiny beach just over the road. All Staff except one in the bar area was great. I would recommend

I stayed 10 days at the B&B HOTEL Fort-de-France in January 2024. The hotel is located in a kind of triangle 8-10mns away from the main city Fort-de-France, the Mall "La Galleria', and the first nice beaches. This hotel is suitable for business purposes and leisure & tourism. The staff is amazingly polite and professional. There is a vibrant atmosphere at the B&B Hotel Fort-de-France as everyone involved is caring and compassionate, smiling and enthusiastic. The restaurant by the pool 'Le Zest' is definitely 'The Place to Be' in town. The food is divine and the team amazing ! I will definitely be back.

Positive - Modern hotel ala Ibis in Europe but way more expensive. Rooms are clean but spartan, bathrooms look moldy. A/C doesn’t seem to work very well. Have a trendy restaurant which closes at 6??? Great reviews of food, menu choices were slim. Were at patio at pool, no one came to ask if we wanted to order anything, good thing I bought some beer at supermarche. No fridge, no ice….

hotel standard b&b. aucun charme, chambres de petite surface, isolé au bout d'une marina, aau milieu d'une zone industrielle. vue sur les containers du port. restauration chere et sans interet. un hotel a eviter si vous souhaitez passer un sejour en Martinique, acceptable pour une nuit de depannage

Très bon rapport qualité prix , par contre tous le personnel n’a pas le même niveau de gentillesse . Les œufs brouillés sont au top , le restaurant est un bon mélange entre créole et français et le cadre est reposant pour un hôtel de centre ville J’ai aimé les fresques dans les chambres illustrant les villes de l’île

Hôtel situé dans le port de commerce de Fort de France. Les alentours ne sont pas fabuleux. Il faut prendre la voiture pour tout. Soit on a une vue sur le parking et le port donc pas top soit vue mer payante. La piscine à débordement est petite mais fait son effet. La terrasse de la piscine est partagée avec le restaurant. Cela nous est arrivé de voir des bouchons de champagne dans la piscine le matin. Oui avons trouvé le petit déjeuner excellent et complet. Il y a de tout. Du salé du sucré des yaourts des viennoiseries, fruits...c'était vraiment très bon. La vue sur la piscine pendant le petit déjeuner est splendide. Le restaurant le zest est très bon. Plats bien présentés et très bons. Nous avons trouvé un peu cher mais après avoir fait d'autres restaurants en Martinique nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'ils étaient tous chers... Le personnel est sympathique. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre. Il faut le demander à l'accueil. Le wifi fonctionne très bien mais dès qu'on quitte la chambre il faut se reconnecter avec mail, mot de passe...c'est long... La literie et la climatisation étaient parfaites. Gros point négatif : odeur infecte d'humidité dans la chambre et couloir de l'étage. Obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Bref, avis mitigé sur cet hôtel...

L’hôtel est récent, les chambres sont confortables et calmes. L’hôtel offre un panorama étonnant entre la marina de plaisance ( image de carte postale) et le port de commerce. Les espaces communs sont bien aménagés et permettent de travailler. Le zest, restaurant situé dans l’hôtel est très bon. Le personnel est très amiable. Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner , moyen.

Très bien malgré une odeur désagréable dans les chambres. Sinon parfait pour 1 nuits avant de prendre l’avion Chambre basique mais très bien Piscine au top Bon rapport qualité prix pour une étape Parking parfait et rassurant car un gardien sur place la nuit
