The hotel itself is small 々 old, but it is very convenient with hot springs and taverns. It was Mt. Fuji view, so the view was good. However, there are many foreign guests, so I want you to tell me about the manners of the hot spring. I didn't know the manners, and I was poor to say the color 々 from Japanese guests. The explanation was also attached to the dressing room in the room and the hot spring, but I don't see it. I lucked out and was given a larger bedroom than standard. It was a twin room with ample space between the beds and at the foot of the beds for my large suitcase. The bed had a duvet with a cover which only covered one side which I didn't think was very hygienic (I realise it's a typical Japanese style) and one pillow filled with seeds and the other was a softer tempura style pillow. The bathroom was small but functional. The towels were small and thin and only one was provided. There was mould on the shower curtain. The room lighting was ok and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately there were no English language channels on TV. There was one desk with a chair. A cupboard and good sized safe which wasn't fixed to the cupboard and a fridge. Wi-Fi was poor and kept on dropping in and out. I tried changing rooms but there was no improvement. The hotel offered free parking and it was just over the road from the train and bus station. I was able to catch a bus from there to Tokyo Haneda airport very easily. That said, booking it was a nightmare because the bus company wouldn't take internet bookings and the hotel refused to help me reserve a seat. The breakfast was ok with enough western choices such as cereal, yoghurt and croissants. The restaurant was a nice bright room. I used the hotel washing machine and dryers (for a small fee). They worked well although the machines were a bit dirty. No English was spoken at reception so communication was difficult. There were a few restaurants within walking distance (or if you drove with parking). 7 Elevens were about 10 minutes walk away. The hire car outlet was about 30 minutes walk away.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of each “room”, since each room is a villa with two levels plus a rooftop. It was awesome to be able to stay somewhere with a view of Mt Fuji. Staff were friendly and helpful, definitely recommend!

Very close to the station and there are restaurants and Lawson nearby. There are both indoor and outdoor onsen (after 9pm or before 9am will have less people) for woman, and if you are tall enough then you will be able to see Fuji mountain when you are enjoying the onsen. Our room is high enough so can see the Fuji mountain directly!

Did a 2 night stay to be able to see Mt Fuji and the lake nearby with my family. This hotel is near the bus station but it is a little bit of a walk from there. The staff was great and helpful. The room was quiet, a little larger than the standard Japanese hotel room even had a partial view of Mt Fuji. We had a small kitchenette. It was definitely dated and unfortunately had the hardest bed we ever slept on, no give at all. Pillows were no better. But having said that, they do have complimentary heating pads!! And they will provide additional pillows. The lake is in walking distance of the the hotel. If you walk outside the hotel and take a right, walk to the light. across the street and to the right is a secondhand store with lots neat things. Still, the overall stay was pleasant.

The facilities are clean and the customer service is wonderful. The rooms are clean, and there is Wifi and USB port facilities for charging (Western room). The buffet-style meals are rich in variety such as local dishes and delicious. Very satisfied hotel depending on the choice of room. Strategy: Mt. Fuji, which you want from the large communal bath, is blocked by pillars, cherry trees, and it is a pity that you need to stand up from the open-air bath, and you can only see the indoor bath from a limited place while taking a bathtub. Therefore, you need to choose a room on the Mt. Fuji side to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel facilities. Hope: It would be even nice if there were Yoshida's udon noodles, seasonal local vegetables, fruits, and local products (milk, cheese, etc.). If you have already used it, the presentation will increase satisfaction as a traveler. I have tea and tea in the room, but I want coffee.

I stayed in a room with a hot spring bath on the Mt. Fuji side of the East Building. Blessed with the weather, I took a long view of Mt. Fuji from the evening to the next morning and soaked in the hot springs many times. (Laughs) The quality of the Kawaguchiko Onsen at this hotel is a neutral calcium, sodium-sulphate, and chlorine-based disinfection is heated and circulated, including a large communal bath and a private room bath. It is not a source hanging, but it is well managed including the spring temperature. It warmed up well. It seems to be a room meal, but I stayed at 々 at the end of the year 12/29 night, probably because there were many guests, in the dining room on the 7th floor, dinner was a course kaiseki dish, breakfast was a buffet. The beef stew that I expected was also served on the course because the amount was small, but it felt like a taste. Each was carefully cooked in a small amount, and the quality and quantity were satisfactory. I stayed until 11:00 in the morning, and I took a bath 5 times in another 々 large communal bath once, 3 times in the room bath. In addition, the large communal bath has a waterfall and an open-air rock bath in the foreground, and a large cypress bath in the back. I think the impression will change depending on the way Mt. Fuji looks, but I was lucky 々. Since it is the year-end and New Year holidays, the high accommodation fee is natural, but it was a satisfying content for the room, meal, bath, service, and environment that matched it.

We took the morning flight from Hong Kong to Haneda Airport. After finishing the luggage and entry procedures, we came to the high-speed bus next to the pick-up lobby to buy tickets. It was simple and convenient. It just picked up the first bus and went directly to Kawaguchiko. Before the bus departed, there was still time to have breakfast and wash. Go to the bus stop from the ticket purchase center and follow the next channel. You can also take the elevator or elevator to the underground bus stop according to the instructions. The bus will arrive. When you take the bus, you will see the data board clearly. If there is any error, you will not have to take the bus directly to Kawaguchiko Station. Come to Kawaguchiko, go to the end on the left hand side, see the tourist information, is the waiting station, all hotel buses are here to pick up guests, bus schedules are found on the hotel website; this station does not need to be reserved very convenient. The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. Walk along the main road, one end to the center of Shanghai, there are restaurants and supermarkets, the other end to the lake and the pool on the park, you can also see Mount Fuji at different angles, cross the road directly in front of the intersection and go straight to the section of the green line tour bus, walk slowly and reach Baqishan Park, Summer has a scent of lavender, autumn has red leaves, as well as art galleries, garden coffee seats, etc. The parkland is full of green grass like a hilly land, children and hairy children can run up and down, couples and elders sit on long fins to watch the sunset, lake view birds, freehand! Three-day stay, free breakfast and hot springs... Cheap, clean and spacious public space, I will visit next time, live here, continue to visit the unvisited attractions! 👍👍👍👍👍

Pros: 1. The room comfortably accommodated 3 adults, although the bathroom was a bit small even for one person. 2. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. 3. Breakfast met our expectations. 4. The onsen experience was enjoyable overall. 5. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Lake Kawaguchiko. 6. Free parking area is near the hotel entrance. Cons: 1. We specifically booked a room with a ”mountain view” hoping to see Mount Fuji. Our room was on level 3. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that our view only included the tip of the mountain, obstructed by buildings and electric cables. This was quite different from the picturesque view advertised on their website. Considering the high price of the room (SGD$800 per night for 3 persons), this was a huge disappointment. We strongly believe that the hotel should reconsider offering level 3 rooms as 'mountain view' rooms and reserve levels 4 and 5 for this category, as this feels like a misrepresentation. 2. Dinner was a huge letdown. We were served only 2 platters of meat (pork and beef) of average quality and 1 vegetable platter for Shabu Shabu. The selection was extremely limited. Although we were offered a Kaiseki Ryori (multi-course Japanese-style meal) for the next evening, there was an additional charge of over $3000+ yen per person for the upgrade. Despite the extra cost, this option seemed more appealing as we did not want to have the same Shabu Shabu two nights in a row.

We enjoyed the gorgeous fuji view from the room which was exactly the same as the photo we saw online. The hotel provided free warm packs and snacks in the lobby which was caring. There were also welcoming snacks in the room. However, as far as we know, the hotel provides free shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko station but it was disappointing that there were no way to book online. I tried to contact the hotel directly via email but received no response from them. Eventually, we took a bus from Kawaguchiko station and walked up the hill with our luggages, which was very inconvenient. Besides, the dinner style/menu was only available at dinner time so we couldn’t take it into consideration when we decided the date of our stay. Other than the above, the overall experience was nice with high CP value.
