Our stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel as a whole was immaculate, and our room was clean and odor-free. The facilities were maintained as if new, and you could tell the metal fixtures were polished daily. The housekeeping staff always greeted us with a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and patient. They were particularly warm, helpful, and proactive in offering assistance, even enthusiastically sharing information about nearby hot springs ♨️. Communication was very pleasant. The location is convenient, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The attention to service details was exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Fuzhou. Highly recommend! Looking forward to our next stay.
