The hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street. The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist. The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries. The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same). In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

Facilities: The apartment is well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. Environment: The apartment is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so food and drinks are easily accessible. Service: The service was excellent, and the airport pick-up service was great; just contact the owner in advance. They also responded promptly to any issues. The room was very spacious and offered great value for money.

Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 1 AM, and I had arranged an airport pickup with the guesthouse owner. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we didn't land until past 5 AM. I woke the owner up, and he graciously drove to the airport to pick us up without any complaints. He even took us for breakfast and later dropped us off at the airport around noon. Running a business truly isn't easy! The guesthouse room was clean, tidy, and very quiet, with a comfortable bed. We fell asleep instantly and had a great rest. One of the rooms offered a lovely sea view, and we even caught the sunrise. The guesthouse looks exactly like the pictures on the platform. I travel frequently but rarely write reviews, especially one this long. Wishing the owner prosperous business and continued success!

This guesthouse boasts an excellent location right in the city center, situated in a high-rise building adjacent to MixC. You need to scan a QR code for entry and exit. I stayed on the very top floor, the 29th, and opening the window revealed an unbeatable view – a vast, unobstructed panorama with a green hill in front. There's also a small balcony, perfect for air-drying clothes. This is a very new guesthouse, with one unit split into two levels, upstairs and downstairs. I stayed downstairs, and it didn't feel cramped at all; the ceiling height was perfectly normal. The room has a large bed, a washing machine, and a fridge – small but well-equipped. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom is a bit small, but it was perfectly adequate for just me. Overall, my stay was fantastic, largely due to the great surrounding environment and atmosphere. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Xichan Ancient Temple. The subway station is also just a 15-20 minute walk away. Whenever I had a question, I'd text the owner, and they'd reply within minutes. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bandao Resort Hotel (Longwangtou Beach Branch), and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel’s location is a dream—offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained, modern rooms that strike a perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The amenities are pristine and thoughtfully designed to cater to every guest’s needs. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff’s attentiveness. I’d like to extend a special shout-out to Miumiu, who went above and beyond to make my stay remarkable. She was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions with patience and ensuring every detail was just right. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, the Bandao Resort Hotel is an excellent choice. I can’t wait to return and experience this slice of paradise again!

Perks: Near a big shopping centre, convenience stores galore, plenty of affordable places to eat, very close to the metro station, there is a gorgeous park 5~7 min walk from the flat. Many public bicycles to choose from (although with a foreign passport, only the blue bikes named Hello bike are available). The room is gorgeous, with half of the room fitted with windows. Being on the 17th floor, the scenery is gorgeous. You can see the beautiful mountains surrounding parts of the area. The flat is clean, with a kettle available, 2 free bottles of water, toilet paper, towels, free toiletry. There is a big fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. There is a big wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Free washing machine is a PLUS! Downsides: Being on the 17th floor, it takes ages to go up and down..You have to queue to access the lifts. The flat is noisy (the rain in itself, when touching the windows), the neighbours (I don't think the neighbours were particularly noisy, just the building having thin walls and ceilings/floors): You can hear the kid upstairs running, the next door neighbour singing etc. There is also a machine (couldn't figure out what it was) right next to the washing machine, it makes a loud noise 24/7, like a boiler.

The location is super convenient, right inside the airport, accessible straight from the arrival exit. It seems quite popular, especially for those on red-eye flights. This was my first time experiencing it, and you need to change into slippers. The individual pods are clean, but the air freshener scent was a bit much for someone with allergies. The common areas are mixed-gender, relying on everyone's discretion, so in the morning, you just have to power through your washing up. They provide simple dry meals. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

The ambiance of this guesthouse is truly wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, and upon entering, you immediately feel comfortable and refreshed. All the amenities are incredibly well-appointed! The view from the window was also quite pleasing. The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. I'd definitely come back to stay here if I get the chance – it was a truly excellent experience!

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, which makes getting to tourist attractions or shopping districts super easy. There are also plenty of unique local eateries nearby, perfect for a pleasant stroll and late-night snack hunting. Next, let's talk about the cleanliness – absolutely spotless, I couldn't find a single fault. The bed linens and duvet covers in the room were fresh and odorless, the floors and tabletops were dust-free, and the bathroom sink and toilet gleamed, with not even a speck of dust in the corners. You can really tell the housekeeping staff put a lot of effort into their work. But the most delightful surprise was the service; it was warm and attentive from check-in to check-out. The front desk lady processed everything efficiently and even thoughtfully recommended some nearby sightseeing routes. When I called for a hairdryer in the evening, the staff delivered it very quickly and were incredibly friendly. The value for money is absolutely amazing. The next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The environment is great, and the staff are very nice. They reminded us to pack up and leave our belongings behind, and they responded quickly to any questions! There's also a mahjong machine to play.
