This stay far exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an elegant and grand ambiance, coupled with an excellent location that makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable. It came fully equipped with toiletries, and the bed was wonderfully soft and conducive to a good night's sleep. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, responding promptly and treating guests with politeness and friendliness. The value for money here is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic experience overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the heated pool and 24-hour gym were a great bonus. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. My entire stay was a breeze, and I highly recommend it. It's perfect for business travelers, making for a top-notch stay.

❤️ Location: The Portman Hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel incredibly convenient. It's right next to Shanghai South Railway Station and Wanda Plaza, with the subway entrance directly beneath Wanda Plaza. There's a wide variety of local eateries nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly easy.

❤️ Experience: The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy. Upon check-in, we received a lovely fruit platter. If you need a toothbrush, just let the front desk know in advance, and they'll provide one. The room experience was outstanding; the bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the bathtub is spacious. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the outside scenery.

❤️ Service: We checked in quite late, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively upgraded our room and even arranged for a late check-out. Any requests we had were generally met, showing their meticulous and warm service. The hotel breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of dishes, and the dining area was elegantly and thoughtfully arranged. The price was fantastic, offering exceptional value for money. With its top-notch facilities and amenities, it's highly recommended for business travelers and definitely worth repeat visits.

Upon check-in, the front desk saw we had elderly and children with us, and even upgraded our room for free! The room had everything we needed, and the most pleasant surprise was a yoga mat. As someone who regularly practices yoga and stands Qigong postures, this was incredibly thoughtful – I loved it! 😍 The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. Since it was a last-minute stay during the winter break, I didn't bring my swimming gear, so I couldn't try out the pool. Guess I'll have to save that for next time!

Price: Booked a sea-view room for just over 1,000, which was great value for money.
Cleanliness: As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a very pleasant scent. The room was also exceptionally clean. While it felt a little dated, it didn't detract from the experience at all.
View: The sea was right in front of me, very close, and I could hear the sound of the waves in the morning.
Service: The service was good. No Indian staff, which was fine.

I stayed in Building D for 5 nights. I communicated my check-in requirements to the hotel in advance, and despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all very welcoming and the hotel is quite large, so the shuttle service was very convenient, usually taking about 5 minutes. The dining areas are separate, which I personally think is safer and more reasonable. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment facilities. Many thanks to all the staff. This will definitely be my first choice of hotel again next time.

Our family had an amazing stay at the resort. The rooms are comfy and well-kept. For seaview rooms, note that not all look like the photos overlooking the fantastic views of the main pool and sea—families with little kids who rely on those views for naptimes should specifically request a room in Building 4. The staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast has plenty of tasty options, and the pools are perfect for relaxing, with kid-friendly areas too. We also loved that the resort offers free beach amenities like toys, paddle boards, and kayaks.

The room and balcony are both spacious. The hotel offers room service, but breakfast and room service come with an additional charge. The Eiffel Tower is right outside the room, very, very close. The breakfast is abundant, and the croissants are delightfully crispy.

The stay was pleasant overall. The hotel was relatively quiet after check-in, with clean and quite new facilities, and a spacious room. The high-floor view was great, which all contributed to its excellent value for money. The transportation was a bit inconvenient, but the breakfast was good. However, I encountered an issue during breakfast: I was sitting in a quieter area and was asked by a staff member to move to a noisy central spot. I wasn't part of a loud tour group, so I'm left wondering if this was some form of discrimination, as I really don't understand the reason.

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.

+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. 

+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.

+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. 

- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.
