The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and kind; she even accompanied me all the way up to my room when I arrived. The afternoon tea was delicious, and the longans were super sweet! There's a giant magnolia tree in the courtyard, and its fragrance fills the air. The little cat wags its tail! So adorable! It was raining heavily when I left, and the front desk lady actually gave me an umbrella. I felt so bad (in a good way)! I couldn't wake up for breakfast, so they packed it up and hung it on my door. When I checked out, they even gave me plums and pears for the road. The service quality is absolutely amazing – so thoughtful and attentive!

My relatives recommended I visit Fuqing, so I decided to stay at this hotel. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, and the bedding is super comfortable. Hana recommended the Haili Bing (seaweed cake), which was absolutely delicious and quite unique. I heard the Guangbing Jia (stuffed flatbread) is also excellent, so I'll definitely come back to try it next time. They even provided earplugs in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. If you're ever in Fuqing, I highly recommend checking this place out!

The location is excellent, and the room is very spacious, which made traveling with kids and seniors much easier. We stayed in a Hyatt Centric king room, and the river view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the service was also top-notch. Plus, the prices didn't skyrocket during the Chinese New Year period.

Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! First, let's talk about the negatives. The concierge service was really poor. They watched me struggle to load heavy luggage into my car without offering any help. Second, I appreciate the hotel allowing me a late checkout until 2 PM, but then a staff member swiped into my room around 1:40-1:50 PM. Luckily, I was dressed. Third, the windows are advertised as 'permanently sealed,' but when it rained, I noticed they weren't soundproof at all, and then I realized I could just pull them open. So what's the point of saying they're sealed? Plus, being on the 19th floor with no protective bars outside poses a safety hazard, especially for those with children. As for the positives, the room layout is good, and the hotel's location is excellent with a nice view. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a great touch, and the basic amenities are decent. There's a Zhu Fugui (restaurant?) and a shopping mall nearby. Otherwise, everything else is up to Pullman's usual standards. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were all very good.

The two-bedroom family suite is perfect for larger families. With separate bedrooms, it offers great privacy. The entire suite was spotlessly clean, even in the corners, and the mattresses were just right – very comfortable for sleeping. All the amenities were complete, and the water, electricity, and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. Tina, a staff member, was gentle and thoughtful in her service, making check-in quick and easy. The environment was quiet and peaceful. Our whole family was very satisfied, and it offers great value for money. It’s definitely our first choice for a family trip.

Very good. The front desk service was friendly and polite. There's complimentary coffee available, and it tastes pretty good. The hotel has already started its Chinese New Year decorations, creating a great atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a nice experience.

Great environment and excellent service. They even provided welcome fruit. When my slippers got wet from the rain, they promptly brought a few more pairs. The hotel is also conveniently located near the beach, and the airport shuttle service was quick. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!
