Otel gibi değildi. Kahvaltı vasattı pişmemiş yiyecekler ve kısıtlı menü. Ses yalıtımı sıfır gerek koridor gerekse diğer odalar için. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Very Good hotel but lack basic amenities in the room. The hotel staff are excellent and willing to help you. Especially Elif at the reception. Restaurant are also very good but they charge you for coffee or juices in the restaurant with free breakfast and half board package. The hotel management should consider this. Actually lot of local tourist visit this area so mostly food served is turkish. You can get a dolmus at the door of the hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. The operational facilities and staff needs improvement. The food is under average but thanks for breakfarst. It was good. The thermal facilities are limited. There are thermal baths for men and women seperately. Our room was a suite and it was big enough. The decoration is weak. The staff located the additional bed in the middle of the room, it was really funny. The rooms were very hot where the common spaces are quite cool when compared with the rooms. The forest view is good at the back of the hotel.

Stayed with my girlfriend in february and it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed. Room service was poor, asked for club sandwich and what we had was a cheese and tomato sandwich and when we called for an order the guy at room service was the most rudest person i have ever seen in the hotels. The hotel needs an industrial cleaning, there is a still dust after construction (that should be done before opening but they didnt bother) on our last night they had a group of students and they were super noisy, i called reception 6 times to keep them quiet. Long story short, it wouldnt worth for you to go there, try other alternatives.

Odalar çok küçük,aile olarak gittik ve korkunç bir beşik verdiler,minibar ücretli.en kötüsüde termal suyu aktığı söylenilen çeşmelerinden içme suyu dışında bişey akmamasıydı.memnun kalamadık maalesef.kahvaltısıda pek memnun edici değil kahve makinesi bile yok,onude geçelim bi kahve kavanozu koymuşlar markası vip bildiğin a101.olmadı ya onu koymasaydınız bari kavanozunu değişseydiniz.he birde otelin etrafı manzarası falan çok kötü.saçma biyer.

Yemekler kahvaltı oda iyi idi yemekte çay ve su ücretsiz olması güzeldi. Termal havuz da havalandırmayı 2. Gün az çalıştırdılar. Havalandırma çalışsa tam olarak tekrar gitmek isterim fakat havalandırmayı çalıştırmıyorlar. Günde 2 defa ancak 5 dakika suda VE alanda kalabildik. Resepsiyon VE spa görevlisine sorunu söylediğimizde zaten 15 dakika kalınır diye cevap veriyor. Sadece biz değil diğer misafirlerde havuza girdikleri gibi çıkıyorlardı. Biz oraya termalden yararlanmak için gittik ama aşırı sıcak ortam nedeniyle yararlanamadık.

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü oteldi.(THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN).Otelde yüzme havuzu yok .Termal havuzu ise kuyu gibi.Otelin alt katında kuyu gibi olan termale tek başına girme cesaretiniz varsa.Kuyunun başında bekleyenleri görünce zaten tırsıyorsunuz.Yemekler berbat.Burda okuduğum yorumlardan sonra aynı otelden mi bahsediyoruz diye düşündüm.Otelin special yemeği dışarıda 3 lira bile vermeyeceğiniz çorba tadı tuzu olmayan 3 tane köftesi olan sulu yemek.Küçük kase sütlaç 13 lira .Biz daha sonra dışarıda yedik çünkü midemiz bozuldu.Otel personeli çok kaba.Çekmeyen wifi var.Tek cümleyle otelin görünüşüne aldanmayın.Dikkat edin yıldızı bile yok .Aynı fiyata her yerde kalabilirsiniz.Sizde 3 -5 gün iyi bir tatil geçireyim diyorsanız,benim yaptığım hatayı yapmayın.TATİLİNİZ ZEHİR OLMASIN

kalite iyice düşümüş geçen bayram döneminde konaklama yapmıştık ailemizle birlikte otel müdürü Aytaç bey çok profesyonel ve tam bir otelci olarak bizi ağırlamıştı ancak görüyorumki ne kalite kalmış ne yönetici nede personel yazık çok yazık... bir yönetici ve bir sahiplenici vardı orada ama şu anda başıboşluk almış yürümüş. Veysi diye bir çocuk koymuşlar müdür diye gülermisin ağlarmısın ... çok yazık bir daha ailemi getirmem ..
