The bedding is so terrible. I woke up the next day with 9 or 10 mites on my exposed parts. It’s really scary. I’d better not stay here. I’ve never had this kind of experience.

I was on a business trip to Hangzhou and booked this hotel based on Ctrip's recommendation. The overall environment of the tea town is good and quiet. The hotel room type is pretty good and the service is okay. I'm overall satisfied. Ctrip recommends it well.

It's great. The facilities and services are first-class. I came to the front desk to register but couldn't find a parking space. The lady at the front desk patiently explained to me that parking in the hotel parking lot is free. After checking in, she helped me take my luggage to the elevator entrance. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. Beautiful, clean rooms, complete facilities, and great service!
The room is spacious and bright, and the interior furniture is beautifully arranged and novel. It is really pleasant!

1. I was arranged to park on the side of the three-way road in the evening. I contacted the front desk at night and asked for a spot but was refused. In the morning, I got a big gash.
