Hotels near Xiaoshan West Railway Station, Hangzhou

whenever I am in Hangzhou -Xiaoshan, I choose this hotel to stay in, Nice staff, good service, and great breakfast. It is very near to the subway station and also very near to a big shopping mall, Price is very good. Last time I used the Pool which was a bit old, but very nice, especially in the evening after you are off duty. there is also a rooftop Coffee shop in the last floor. I found out that many Flight attendants are staying in this hotel. We have booked two rooms and extended for more days.

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

Was only here for a couple of nights as I needed to go to the entry/exit place nearby. For what I needed it was great, however if you’re here to get to town and do the tourist stuff in Hangzhou, I’d recommend staying closer to town etc. the hotel was immaculately clean. Most staff spoke no English and had to use a handheld translation device. Breakfast was adequate. Chef reluctant to cook fresh eggs when there’s a bowl of overcooked cold fried eggs on display. Coffee was ok. Would like to think that staff should know of nearby restaurants, pubs etc. they really didn’t help when I asked to go to a pub.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very, very big. It was very comfortable to sleep in! There is heating and air conditioning in the house, and it is very warm in the house when it is freezing outside. There is a separate large window and desk, the lighting is very good, and the service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good

It is indeed very convenient, as it's very close to People's square subway station. It is well located close to the Hangzhou Xiaoshan district administrative service center which I needed to visit. The room was good, tidy and comfortable. The staff service was quick and efficient. I was satisfied.

A+ for cleanliness and services, breakfast is fantastic. The family room we booked is spacious with a sitting area. The washing machines are conveniently located on the top floor. The hotel is close to MTR station only a little further away from Westlake and city centre.

Although the location is not too central, we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was the same every day, but it had a good variety. Considering the price, the amenities are very good and the rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.
