Super location, in the middle of the busy district so that’s great
Room is totally different then the pictures on the site, city view is a balcony with the next house working 3 meters

We had to be transferred from another hotel. Didn’t pay for the fare! The new hotel is way better. Great service! You just need to communicate your needs. Were able to see the hotel room before we were told we need on transfer.

Everything nice, very large room have washing machine, stove. a little bit hot in daytime because our room is 8th floor but 2 air conditions work well. Very helpful staff and can keep your backpack at coffee shop 🥰🥰

Really enjoyed my stay here. The Old Quarter has such a unique charm, and this place fits right in — comfy room, lovely staff, and the best location to explore Hanoi on foot. Felt safe, relaxed, and truly welcomed. I’d come back without a doubt.

Such a great spot in the Old Quarter — close to everything but still nice and quiet at night. The room was super clean and comfy, and the host was honestly so kind and helpful. It felt really homey, like staying with friends. Would 100% stay again next time I’m in Hanoi!

We arrived at the property only to find out that we do bot have the booking and the custodian at the coffee shop who facilitates as a 3rd party contact to accommodate us cannot find a booking reference for us. 3 hrs later after finding another accommodation because we are a family traveling with a 5 yr old kid someone contacted us telling us that the building we will be stating has a power interruption that day and they found us another accommodation. The person who contacted us was very rude refusing to fetch us because the building is in another location. AVOID THIS HOTEL. Very poor customer service. If i can give a negative star i will do it due to the hassle they put my children during our travel.
