"We recently stayed at Hanoi Landmark 72 and had a pleasant overall experience. The service was attentive, and the city views from our room were spectacular—especially at night. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did notice that some facilities (such as the fitness center and room furnishings) are starting to show signs of aging and could use some updates. Despite this, the hotel’s prime location and efficient service made our stay enjoyable. With a bit of refurbishment, this could easily be a top-tier hotel in Hanoi again. We’d consider staying here in the future, especially if some upgrades are made."

"This delicate apartment located at a convenient location with many small restaurants, market and easy to access to old town. We’d stayed there 4 nights and feel like home. Host is so friendly and always there to respond when we need any assistance. We arrived at midnight because of delayed flight. She tried to help us get some pho at the late night. We were melted by the warm soup and hospitality. Highly recommend to stay here. Please keep the facilities in function during the stay. Save for the next users. Lol. "The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The location was also great, and the value for money was excellent. Most importantly, the service was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Even though we didn't speak the same language, they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The staff at Lan ANH were especially helpful, with two people whose names I didn't recognize. They were incredibly helpful, helping with taxis, directions, and inquiries. Overall, it was excellent, and I'm truly grateful to have encountered such a hotel while traveling internationally."

"The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!"

"It was a really good experience at a 5-star hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. Since it is a residence, there are kitchen appliances for cooking. I think you have to be at least on the 7th floor to get a view of West Lake. I was on the 4th floor, so I couldn’t see West Lake. Still very good It's in the center of Hanoi, so access is good here and there. The hotel spa massage costs 550,000 dong (27,500 won) per person and is excellent. The swimming pool was warm, spacious, and quiet."
