Came to Hefei for a weekend trip by high-speed train, it's my first time in this city. I chose the Grand Hyatt for accommodation. It's on a high floor, offering great city views. Check-in was very convenient, the hotel lobby is on the 40th floor. Shirley at the front desk even upgraded us to a lake view room, and we could see Swan Lake outside the window, which was pretty nice. The WeChat butler service was also very attentive. The hotel room and bed were both large, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. The freshly baked dried plum vegetable pastry was delicious, and they also had local specialty snacks like Sanhe rice dumplings. Breakfast is on the 39th floor, offering panoramic views from all sides, highly recommended.

We has a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, right next to Swan Lake, and room itself was very cozy, well-designed, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax. The only thing to note is that the check-in process was a bit different from a typical hotel. We initially needed help from another resident to get in touch with the management. However, once we contacted them, they were very cooperative and completed the check-in quickly through WeChat. I would recommend contacting the management before your arrival or check-in time to ensure a smooth experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend it for the beautiful views, comfortable room, and great location.

Had a great mini-break here – just two days but totally worth it. Staff were super friendly, service was spot on. The pool is huge and perfect for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet had loads of options – everyone in our family found their favourite. All in all, a brilliant stay!

My experience at The Langham Hefei was absolutely perfect. The location is convenient, and the British-style decor feels very upscale. The rose scent in the lobby was a delightful touch. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view from the high floor, excellent soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. Staff member Xiao Fu provided attentive and thoughtful service. Breakfast was extensive, and the facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-equipped. It's suitable for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room environment is not bad, the staff is also very good, the cleaning aunt is also quite clean, the travel is relatively convenient, in general, the experience is not bad.

The carpet in the room was a bit dirty, and there was dust under the bed. The entire building feels a bit old. The complimentary 'happy hour' light meal actually only had four dishes, self-service style, which I don't recommend – I took one look and left. There were no welcome fruits or anything, even though it was an executive room. The breakfast looked like it had a lot of variety, but it was just so-so. The worst part of the experience was the swimming pool. It's tiny, and half of it was sectioned off for kids' training. My child went swimming for less than 30 minutes and told me there were a lot of stringy, white flocs at the bottom of the pool. We quickly went back to the room to disinfect clothes with Dettol and thoroughly washed our bodies multiple times. We decided to come here last minute, so we booked this place nearby. After staying two nights, we immediately switched to the InterContinental. I really do not recommend this place.

The hotel's design is stunning, and every photo you take turns out great, making it perfect for young people. The lobby also offers complimentary welcome tea. In the room, we received free welcome fruits, drinks, and wine. We even got a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly generous! Definitely five stars. It's also super convenient for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment, and close to the concert venue. There are plenty of electric scooters for rent nearby, making it easy to get around.

The hotel bed was quite comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The room facilities were also great, and they offered a free laundry room with a dryer. You can also hang clothes to dry upstairs, so it's a good choice for long stays. Parking is free, and the fried noodles at breakfast were delicious – highly recommended!

First of all, the surrounding environment is great, and the room I was assigned had a fantastic view. I specifically requested a quiet environment when booking, and the hotel accommodated that. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, which the hotel assisted me with free of charge, and they even gave me a small gift. The restaurant on the first floor was also quite nice; they even prepared fresh dumplings for the Winter Solstice. If your check-out time doesn't conflict with the hotel's, you can relax in the lobby on the first floor, where there are also places to charge your phone. The front desk will provide you with tea. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

For the May Day holiday, I spent three days in Hefei and booked a Swan Lake View Twin Room at the Shuguangwei Hotel a month in advance. The price was reasonable, less than 1400 for two nights. I loved its location; from the room, I could see the full panorama of Swan Lake and Hefei's 'three-piece suite' of skyscrapers. Plus, it's seamlessly connected to Intime Department Store, so food and drinks were never an issue! It's about 600 meters from the subway station, and getting a taxi was very convenient. There were always taxis waiting at the Intime bus stop, and taxi fares in Hefei are genuinely inexpensive. The front desk and restaurant are both on the 45th floor, and my room was also on the 45th floor, which was very convenient. The room was quite spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. They thoughtfully provided snacks, tea bags, and even a hand mask. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was not good – it was old and heavy, and it would automatically shut off when it got too hot. Towards the end, I just had to give up and went to bed with wet hair. As for breakfast, the variety was decent enough to fill you up, but it wasn't particularly extensive. So, after eating there on the first day, we decided to explore other options for breakfast on the second day.
