I booked a room with a stadium view specifically to attend Chen Chusheng's concert. A big thank you to Shirley for reserving it for me! The hotel is indeed very close to the stadium, which was incredibly convenient, especially since there was heavy rain before the concert started. Seeing concert-goers complain online about the downpour and chaotic exit, I secretly felt lucky to have booked the Grand Hyatt; it saved me a lot of hassle. Plus, MixC is right next to the hotel, making dining and shopping super easy. Shirley's service was excellent, and the overall service at the Grand Hyatt was top-notch – I truly felt at home. This was my first visit to Hefei, and thanks to the Grand Hyatt, it left a wonderful impression on me.

We has a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, right next to Swan Lake, and room itself was very cozy, well-designed, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax. The only thing to note is that the check-in process was a bit different from a typical hotel. We initially needed help from another resident to get in touch with the management. However, once we contacted them, they were very cooperative and completed the check-in quickly through WeChat. I would recommend contacting the management before your arrival or check-in time to ensure a smooth experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend it for the beautiful views, comfortable room, and great location.

Had a great mini-break here – just two days but totally worth it. Staff were super friendly, service was spot on. The pool is huge and perfect for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet had loads of options – everyone in our family found their favourite. All in all, a brilliant stay!

An excellent experience! **Location:** Very convenient. It's only a 20-minute bullet train ride away, and you can walk to MixC (for all your dining and entertainment needs) in 7-8 minutes. There's also a park nearby for a stroll. **Facilities & Hygiene:** Generally great. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the toilet had smart features. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area. **Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!

Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

This is my fifth time staying here, and the environment is still quite clean. The breakfast is delicious, served buffet style, and the front desk service is very welcoming. There's also a free parking lot. They even provide laundry detergent and some small daily necessities. It's great value for money and definitely recommended.

The location is excellent, near Swan Lake and diagonally opposite Mixc City. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are spacious. The front desk staff are super friendly and enthusiastic. The water pressure in the room is great, and the linens are fresh. The breakfast is also good; it's much more comfortable than staying in older five-star hotels. There's a fantastic Hefei restaurant called 'Cun Shuo Cun Yan' right next to the hotel!

For the May Day holiday, I spent three days in Hefei and booked a Swan Lake View Twin Room at the Shuguangwei Hotel a month in advance. The price was reasonable, less than 1400 for two nights. I loved its location; from the room, I could see the full panorama of Swan Lake and Hefei's 'three-piece suite' of skyscrapers. Plus, it's seamlessly connected to Intime Department Store, so food and drinks were never an issue! It's about 600 meters from the subway station, and getting a taxi was very convenient. There were always taxis waiting at the Intime bus stop, and taxi fares in Hefei are genuinely inexpensive. The front desk and restaurant are both on the 45th floor, and my room was also on the 45th floor, which was very convenient. The room was quite spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. They thoughtfully provided snacks, tea bags, and even a hand mask. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was not good – it was old and heavy, and it would automatically shut off when it got too hot. Towards the end, I just had to give up and went to bed with wet hair. As for breakfast, the variety was decent enough to fill you up, but it wasn't particularly extensive. So, after eating there on the first day, we decided to explore other options for breakfast on the second day.
