My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, Shushan, completely exceeded my expectations. I have to give it a perfect score! The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Shushan district, offering convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities, making both travel and leisure incredibly easy. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a simple yet grand design. Public areas are spotless and comfortable, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and pleasant to the touch, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to diverse tastes. A special thank you to Sunny Zhu for her thoughtful service. From check-in to handling all my inquiries, she was consistently enthusiastic, patient, professional, and efficient. She proactively reminded me of important details and promptly assisted with my needs, making me feel truly valued and respected. The hotel's overall service is well-regulated and responsive, and the staff are friendly. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The value for money is outstanding, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hefei and highly recommend it to everyone!

We has a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, right next to Swan Lake, and room itself was very cozy, well-designed, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax. The only thing to note is that the check-in process was a bit different from a typical hotel. We initially needed help from another resident to get in touch with the management. However, once we contacted them, they were very cooperative and completed the check-in quickly through WeChat. I would recommend contacting the management before your arrival or check-in time to ensure a smooth experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend it for the beautiful views, comfortable room, and great location.

Couldn't find a single flaw with this stay. The location, cleanliness, service, and facilities were all excellent. Especially the mattress, which was just the right firmness – a godsend for someone who travels frequently and has trouble sleeping in new beds. This will be my top choice for future business trips or vacations. The service was absolutely perfect, couldn't fault it! Response times were incredibly fast (anything I called for was delivered within basically 3 minutes), and the staff were genuinely friendly and natural (none of those robotic 'hello, thank you' greetings, it felt more like chatting with a friend). The attention to detail was spot on. I'd come back just for the service!

The hotel's design is stunning, and every photo you take turns out great, making it perfect for young people. The lobby also offers complimentary welcome tea. In the room, we received free welcome fruits, drinks, and wine. We even got a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly generous! Definitely five stars. It's also super convenient for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment, and close to the concert venue. There are plenty of electric scooters for rent nearby, making it easy to get around.

The lobby is elegant and odorless, and the public area is always clean and tidy. The room exceeded expectations, the space was spacious and well lit, and the sanitary details were full: the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, the countertops and corners were free of water and dust, the linen was soft and fluffy, the mattress pillows were moderately soft and hard, the sound insulation was great, and the whole night was quiet and not noisy. Toiletries are complete, the hydropower network is stable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a comfortable view. Service must be emphasized! The front desk check-in is fast and efficient, the attitude is gentle and intimate, and the initiative to inform the surrounding play guides; the rooms are cleaned meticulously, and the supplies are timely; the demand response is very fast, the whole process is warm and thoughtful, and the home is at home. The breakfast category is rich, both Chinese and Western, freshly cooked noodles, local snacks, fresh fruits, freshly ground coffee are all available, the ingredients are fresh, and the dining environment is clean and comfortable. The gym/laundry room is fully furnished, and the overall price/performance ratio is full. This is the first choice for business trips or travel. I will definitely stay in the local next time. I really recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is right next to Swan Lake, offering a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, with instant hot water and very comfortable beds. On the fourth floor, there's a swimming pool and gym, which guests can access directly. The pool water is clean, and the gym has a good selection of equipment. We even received complimentary fruit delivered to our room. Most importantly, the staff's service attitude is incredibly warm. They promptly contacted us when we left an item in the room during checkout, allowing us to retrieve it. A huge thank you to them! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If I come to Hefei again, I'll definitely stay here. Next door is Wanda and Radio and Television Building. It takes about a minute and a half to walk to the subway. The gate is the bus stop. The location and traffic are very good. The service is very thoughtful and the attitude is good. The room is swiped to avoid the trouble of swiping the card. The door has two double insurance. I think it is very safe. Takeaway can be delivered to the door. The hygiene is also very good. The cleaning is very careful. The bed is very comfortable to sleep, it is a soft mattress. ⚠️ Now let's talk about the shortcomings: 1. At the beginning of the past, there was no one at the front desk, no one answered the phone, waited for a few minutes before someone came, and then the cleaning was very slow. It was about 15 minutes. The waiting time was very long. I was a little impatient. The hotel has no windows that can be ventilated, or it may be that my room does not have, but there is a view window 3. The bathroom design is very unreasonable. There is no place to put clothes in the shower. There is a rope to dry clothes. The water on the sink will spray out when it is opened. Basically, after washing the clothes in the past two days, the body is wet. 4. The sound insulation is not particularly good, others can hear everything in the corridor, which affects sleep a little, but it is not very bad. The room is very dark, the lights are scattered, and it looks very uncomfortable 6. When I first checked in, there was a faint smell of smoke, and there were unknown objects that were not cleaned on the tea table. 7. The front desk is not always there The picture 1.2 was taken in the hotel room and cannot be ventilated, but the scenery is really good, there is a small degree, the front desk service attitude and speed are very fast Picture 3.4.5 is the surrounding scenery, including Hefei Grand Theatre and Swan Lake. It takes two minutes to walk to it. It is very suitable for eating after dinner and walking and morning running.
