民宿在如意湖的邊上很安靜，院子裏可以停車，整體非常漂亮。房間打掃的很乾凈，還有一個小陽台。loft樓上的高度非常高，顯得很開闊，我住的房間是兩張床，床墊和被子很舒服，特別暖和，很值得推薦。

訂了兩個複式房，8009一進門客廳就有垃圾，是一個番茄和一張塑料包裝紙；花灑幾乎不能用，説是堵了。8008一開門一大股煙味，地漏堵塞。洗澡用了自己帶的有過濾的花灑，不知道是水質差還是管道臟，過濾了很多黃色雜質，其他酒店沒有這個問題。環境沒多好，半夜三更會有些抽煙的男男女女路過.説話聲音開着陽台門聽得一清二楚，陽台跟外面是通的，不是想象的完全隔斷。沒有前台，晚上會發現去入口隱蔽。廁所內的一次性浴巾15一條，家裡三個人分別開了三套，沒有一個發現貼了價錢標簽。

（1）價格：一百多的價格，算是非常低了，看着點評和房間的介紹，也想看看這一百多的民宿是什麼樣的，住後確實也值這個價，複式的房間，樓上大床，樓下有麻將機，大沙發等娛樂空間，適合三五好友週末一起約個麻將；
（2）服務：百來塊的住宿也就不要講究什麼服務了，前台入住和辦理退房都是見不到人的，直接微信對接聯繫處理， 提供身份證照片，也算簡單；
（3）周邊環境：出門後邊是一個湖，鍛鍊身體的人挺多，風景也算不錯，周邊餐飲走幾步也算是有，不算偏僻；我們是自駕的，停車位自己門口找地方停了，不難； 對於這個價格來説，總體感知還是不錯的；
