Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. We checked in the hotel the night before our wedding registration day. The receptionist knew I needed late check out as the registration ceremony is at 11am and we won’t be able to make it for the 12 noon check out. She extended the late check out time for us until 4pm. We came back to the hotel and get changed at 3pm then checked out. We can’t thank her enough for the hospitality and understanding. I put all of my family members who visited from overseas at the same hotel. They were very pleased with the hospitality. Thank you Crowne Plaza.

As a family with a 6-year-old child, our stay at the Hong Kong Marriott Ocean Park Hotel had its highs and lows. Firstly, the main concern for our little one was the TV, which fortunately lived up to expectations, providing entertainment during downtime. However, our experience with the service was disappointing as we encountered issues with our initial room, leading to an inconvenient room change. Furthermore, the absence of a bathtub in the replacement room was a letdown, especially with a young child. Another setback was the unexpected closure of the pool for maintenance, which was unfortunate, and we wish there had been prior notice to plan our activities accordingly. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's overall ambiance and amenities were commendable, contributing to a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, striving to address our concerns promptly. In conclusion, while our stay had its challenges, the Hong Kong Marriott Ocean Park Hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and satisfactory amenities, making it a decent choice for families. However, improvements in communication and service maintenance could enhance the overall guest experience.

excellent hotel located in quite southern side of hong kong island. despite the location, very accessible through nearest mtr station Wong Chuk Hang. revisiting ovolo hotel several time, great reception service, excellent bed and bathroom, good self-serve coffee. small dislike is that the air conditioner hit right on the bed, particularly the pillow, got to switch off the air con while sleeping - not a problem for my visit during winter time.

Nice room as always but bathroom is starting to show wear with peeling paint. Air conditioner had a problem which was repaired while I was out. Accident by one of the other guests caused carpet in hallway to be soaked with water which resulted in mold developing with very bad odor. Management has addressed the issue and spoke to me. Carpet will most likely be replaced. I appreciate management addressing the issue.

It's said to be a new hotel, but it's new in every aspect. But the service quality is terrible Even if I asked for an extra towel, they said I didn’t have one. The check-in process is completely inhumane What’s even more funny is that after checking out, I received a call from the hotel to check if I had checked out and when I would check out! ! !

Arca hotel is one of the best that I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. The interior is nicely designed, simple and classy. Toiletries are complete, everything is very clean and tidy. Kudos to room service team, love how much attention to details in tidying the room every day. 5mins walk away from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, brings you to central/causeway bay in about 20mins via subway. I’ve got a free upgrade to a sea view room, so lovely of the concierge lady during check in. Thank you so much!
