We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

Reception is very polite, low-density hotel, quiet and comfortable, the room is big enough, the floor is very high (should be 9 feet) and feels comfortable and luxurious! The view has a partial sea view! There are complimentary drinks in the room. Equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, I love how spacious the bathroom is! It feels super laid back! The hotel has a fitness room, laundry room, and lounge. It is close to Olympian City and the Olympic Station. There are supermarkets and restaurants, and shopping is very convenient. Thumbs up!

The hotel location is ideally located. Close to MTR and all other transportation. The room is small compared to the US hotel. The bathroom is adequate complete with all the toiletries. However, I stay at this hotel at three different.occasions. 3 different rooms and none of the room have a chair to sit on. Only a small bench for the desk. However, I do recommend this hotel to other peoples.

It’s my 1st time staying in this newly opened hotel since Sep 2022. Location wise despite it is located within the old industrial area, with just a little walk to the left you find McDonald’s, 7-11 and the local supermarket there. A short walk to the right you will be reaching the nearest Prince Edward MTR station exit C2 which I would say it’s pretty convenient. The room is clean and new, with comfortable bed & strong water pressure of the shower. I’ve enjoyed my stay here throughout the week.

I paid a very good price for the room and breakfast. The room is clean and standard traditional size, not mini, big enough for 2 travelers. The service at the front desk was excellent. They gave me some advice when I needed something. If you can’t get different types of personal toiletries, it’s all because of government policy, it has nothing to do with the hotel. You can still able to pay for them as an environmental cost. The price for each item is minimal. The downside of the hotel is the location and the WIFI in my room. The hotel is inside the old town area which is perhaps not an ideal place for tourists, but the hotel provides shuttle buses every hour taking the tourists in and out to the main town. I stayed in room 1821, and the WiFi reception was bad, only 2 )), couldn’t reach 3))), which is not acceptable in a modern city like HK and it’s not good for business travelers either. I gave up using my PC cuz it took a long time to load the video clips! I hope the hotel can fix the problem.

Superb experience from check in to check out. Service staff were helpful and kind. Rooms were as seen in pictures and seeing we travelled as a family, we were given connecting rooms which was really helpful. Kudos to the attentive team! So do book their connecting rooms if you have young kids or elderlies. Location was amazing! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Stanford hotel for the amazing stay. Oh, do check out the dimsum restaurant at the basement level! great good and ambience with very good price! Thank you for the experience!

Cleaner than I expected. The price in Hong Kong has the same conditions, and it is worth the price. The big brother on duty is very kind. He works 12 hours a day, all year round. Don’t expect five-star service. Be more understanding. He is willing to chat with you about daily life when he is not busy. If you can smoke Double Happiness together, can you? November 2023 Under construction It's noisy day and night. Not recommended Work on the exterior walls started at 9 a.m. with a bang. Interior work was done on the upper floor from midnight until morning. There were noises all night. I couldn't sleep at all. It was hard. The toilet and shower are together. To use the toilet, you can collect water in the tank and flush it yourself. You can borrow one bath towel by asking the staff. There are no tissues With the weak yen, it costs just under 10,000 yen per night. I felt that prices were high in Hong Kong. The location is good. 3 minutes walk from Mong Kok station. It takes less than an hour from the airport by bus on A21.

first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

We're happy with our stay in this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. They provided with complimentary water for all 5 of us everyday and even let us to leave the luggage when flight was delayed. Hotel placed in very good location amidst of bustling life of Hong Kong - street food, flashy stores, the highest end malls, tourist attractions and bus/metro/ferry stops. Room is just like the photo.

Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. You can store your luggage there after you check out, which is great. Easy to go out!

Nice blend of city and bucolic view where you can see plenty of trees and mountains if your room is at top floors. Sound insulation is tepid though. The clomour of querulous guests at the room adjacent to mine veritably disturbed my video conference. Fortunately other than that the room is in excellent condition and free of squalidity.

The transportation is convenient, it is a five-minute walk from the Prince MTR station, and there are plenty of food options in the surrounding area, including convenience stores and supermarkets. I have never been in such a room previously, but it’s definitely interesting experience of nature of Mong Kok spirit. It shocked a bit at first encounters due to mostly a chair, style of writings, and hard to figure out of the corner to a second floor. I have supposed to be that this place at night would be full of scream, moans, and everything from old Asians crime movies. So I drop a luggage and came out with expectation to ever be managed to came in at night…. Surprisingly it was calm, polite, no disturbance. The tiny HK shower over the floor was a bit hard to used, but if you 1) spending all days to late night outside and came in to immediately fall asleep or 2) would like to get some different feeling after spending time in a luxury central hotels it’s a good mix of very old hk stylish experience mostly from the Mong Kong nature and the smallest ever room, no windows, one suitcase to stand to allow hard exiting of the room. You will need to regulate conditioners and be ready to listen water falling of other person bathes at morning. But … this other part of experience that’s you may either hate and disgusted, or strangely love. Definitely try something like that at least ones after spending part time at top hotels.
