Best Hotels in Hua Sai District

The entry into the hotel can be confusing as it is divided into 2 zones each having its own parking area and reception, so if you are driving watch carefully for the signs. The hotel is constructed above a lagoon so it is quite different. It's location is isolated but the hotel has a good restaurant and prices there were reasonable. Note if you use the restaurant I suggest paying directly because if you charge to your room a 17% service fee is added. Our room was attractively decorated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location is very quiet. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was good. There was a nice balcony overlooking the lagoon. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but many of them had limited English which can lead to some confusion. One morning my wife ordered one fried egg and got an omelet while I ordered 2 fried eggs with ham and sausage but only got the eggs. The other mornings there was someone cooking the eggs outside so we just went there and ordered our eggs.

Nice room clean also new, reasonable price

It was a breath of fresh air stepping into the Centris after a string of mediocre hotels on our way south. I particularly appreciated the concierge who guided us into the parking space and carried our bags from the car to the room, and back to the car when we left. The room is comfortable, good air-con that doesn't blow directly onto the bed, a balcony big enough for chair and table, four pillows on the king bed. Cable TV with English speaking channels, CNN, SKYE and HBO, which was a bonus. We ordered room service Steak and beer for B199 which was great. Location is good in the centre of town. At 900 Baht I paid a little more than most, but for my money it was well worth it. I'm giving it five.

The room is clean, the bed and pillows are soft. Convenient parking But the room is not soundproof. The alarm sound from the phone in the next room rang across.

We have always chosen at Twin Lotus when we have to visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. The room here is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Things that need to be improved are the chair is old and shaggy and there’s only one plug socket. Buffet breakfast is good but the best is its Chinese restaurant. Stayed here for 5 nights July 2022. Absolutely fabulous. Originally only booked for two nights, however the hotel was so good, I soon changed it to five. Flew down from Don Meuang and was collected from the airport by the hotel taxi, a great service. There was a small charge for this. The concierge guys at the hotel were fantastic. They even organised a hire car for us, which was great. Check in fine, staff on the front desk couldn't be better. The room on the 17th floor excellent. People on here mention the bed. Oh my goodness, the best mattress, bedding and pillows I've ever slept on. Everything perfect in the room and worked just fine. The fittings looked and felt high quality too. Breakfast... Wow, buffet style. All the food on offer was superb. Southern Thai food is really delicious. I tried everything during my 5 night stay. We even had dinner there one night and that too was fabulous. I think the hotel is owned by the CP group, which owns the 7/11 group, and many of the large supermarkets here in Thailand. Mr CP. himself would enjoy a stay here! This is a City centre hotel, if you're looking for a large swimming pool complex, this place may not be for you. However there is a decent size swimming pool with a nice looking Spa complex and a well equipped gym. We were visiting family, so didn't get chance to use those facilities during our stay. Excellent value for money! Couldn't fault the stay at the Grand Fortune Hotel. I will definitely return to Nakhon to visit my new Thai family. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again. Firstly be careful as the location PIN on the Expedia map is actually their additional car parking which is on the OPPOSITE side of the main highway. The hotel is next to the hospital on a very small side road BUT the hotel sign is big enough to see in bright red so as long as you drive a little slower past the hospital then you see the sing on the left side. There are sadly lots of stray dogs in the road at nighttime who bark however IF the Security guard gets of his chair he manages to control them The rooms are OK The photos are better than in reality but Clean and comfortable. Black out curtains are OK but for light sensitive pleaes take an eye mask just in case. Noise from other rooms is apparant here. There are lots of rules and regulations posted all over the small hotel / back of doors etc which became laughed at. Car park is very small. Very small lobby area/elevator zone Staff are GREAT!!! Very friendly and helpful Hairdryer - ask at reception as limited stock No English TV channels available. Overall a great little find.
