The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, including indoor heated water rides, water slides, SPA, etc. The outdoor area has special hot spring pools (there are golden hot springs, cypress essential oil hot springs, rose hot springs, etc. on the day). The food was average. The dinner dishes were good and varied. But the breakfast was a bit ordinary and the taste was average. In addition, in terms of service, most of the staff are enthusiastic and smiling, but a small number of staff have less positive attitudes, which is a pity. I just happened to book a special price of less than 10,000 yuan for one room and two meals on Trip. After considering the hotel facilities, I thought it was OK. But if the price exceeds 11,000 to 12,000 yuan, it is recommended to choose a weekday to get a better deal.

It is located a 5-minute walk from Hualien Station. Bicycle rental is available except on rainy days. Unlimited use of the snack bar is provided, as well as beverages such as coffee and tea. There is a nice night view from the rooftop and there is a hammock, so it would be nice to buy a late-night snack and have a beer on a nice day. There is a bus stop in front of the accommodation, so it is convenient to use when going downtown. There were many reviews saying that the soundproofing was not good, but you can definitely hear everything if you use the bathroom in the next room. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place as you can easily hear the noise of cars going outside. Please note that the sound of the air conditioner can cause it to stop working, so I don't think it will be a big problem. You can watch YouTube, but you have to turn on the machine separately. If you look at the remote control, there are two power buttons. The one on the left is the YouTube machine.

The plan I sold was a hotel product (I checked Google Maps and said the hotel was good 👍 just wanted to try it), but it turned out to be a different kind of hotel products on site. Hualien is the happiest day of this trip to Taiwan. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Gao, booked the train tickets for us very early, and picked us up at the train station. Because of the typhoon, the train was late. Mr. Gao thoughtfully took us to Dongdaen Night Market for dinner; the next day, Mr. Gao took it all day. We experienced a different Hualien. Every time we parked, Mr. Gao put us in the nearest place to the attraction, and then waited for us to finish the tour before picking us up at the nearest place. It was very considerate! The room is also very beautiful, full of girls' hearts, my daughter especially likes it! I will definitely go again next time if I have the opportunity!

I really don't recommend booking a 66-square-meter room. The experience is very poor. The room has no extra sofas or chairs, and there is no space for storage. Our luggage and clothes have to be left on the ground. At the same price, we can live in Taitung for 133 square meters, and the Hualien Pavilion is still very disappointed.

After three years of epidemic, I came to Hualien City again and booked this hotel through the platform. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, about two or three kilometers away from the downtown area, but there are no major problems. The room is overall quite spacious and clean. You can see the whole thing on the top floor. The scenery of Hualien Port is nearby. There are some high-end communities with some high-quality restaurants. In the evening, I took a walk nearby to find a restaurant that felt good and tasted the delicious food. Overall, it was commendable.
