Let me write a serious review about this accommodation experience. I landed at 1 AM, and there was still a staff member there for the late-night airport pickup. Communication was very smooth. Thumbs up. It was already late when I checked in. A second staff member helped me with the check-in process and then assisted with carrying my luggage. This saved a lot of time and effort. Thumbs up. The next day, I wanted to extend my stay, but it seemed all the rooms were booked. I bothered the second staff member again to help coordinate, and eventually, I didn't have to switch rooms and could continue staying in my original room. Thumbs up. It happened to be graduation season for university students, so there were many young people staying who were up late at night. As a middle-aged person who has trouble sleeping, I once again bothered the front desk staff. Their response was very quick, and after a while, the surroundings became much quieter. I felt really bad about bothering the staff; as the saying goes, 'customers' requests keep the staff on their toes,' but their attitude was genuinely excellent. The apartment was also clean, and the disposable amenities made me feel more at ease. Thumbs up. Finally, the staff member asked if I needed an airport drop-off. From start to finish, the service was complete and thorough. Thumbs up. The beach opposite the apartment was less crowded, had a great atmosphere, and was perfect for photos.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Right inside the airport, a few minutes' walk. The greenery and environment should be very nice, but I woke up late after staying overnight and didn't see anything. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was excellent. He alleviated my anxiety about missing my flight when I missed the shuttle and helped my mother with her luggage into a taxi. When we checked in at night, he thoughtfully provided breakfast, which isn't easy to get early in the morning the next day. Both the hotel and Airport Baixiang Media are subordinate and equal-level enterprises of Xiamen Airport, making them trustworthy. Drawbacks: The phone operators and front desk staff could use more training. The hotel actually has designated parking spots with signs at Airport Gate 6, but the staff didn't mention it, perhaps because they haven't seen it themselves at the airport. This would give customers more confidence in finding a spot. It's also quite difficult to reach the driver by phone, probably because many people are calling. When boarding, it would be best if staff could maintain order, perhaps by issuing numbers. People were haphazardly loading luggage and getting on, and then some had to get off because it was full. Also, it would be better if the signs clearly indicated where to get off for each stop. There are 3 stops, and the stop names don't perfectly match the room/hotel names, which makes it confusing, so you have to ask the driver each time.

This hotel is right in the heart of Xiamen City Plaza. Stepping out, you're within walking distance of the commercial center, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Taxis to the train station and airport are smooth and quick, which is a real time-saver for business travelers! Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and bright design! The bedding was soft and clean, offering a sleep experience comparable to a five-star hotel. The desk area was well-designed with plenty of power outlets, making it comfortable even for working late on reports. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with great water pressure and quick hot water—so therapeutic after a long day. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and check-in was super efficient. Seeing my luggage, they even proactively asked if I needed help. When I urgently needed to print documents at night, the front desk immediately assisted. This 'always-on' service mentality is truly commendable! I was also surprised by how extensive the breakfast was for a budget hotel! They offered both Chinese and Western options, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruits. I especially loved the freshly made Shacha noodles, which tasted very authentic! The coffee machine allowed me to make my own Americano, ensuring a refreshing start to the morning. The free high-speed WiFi was fast, and the meeting rooms were well-equipped. The Hampton bar in the lobby had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The entire hotel was very clean, even the corridors smelled fresh and pleasant. For a business stay, this place completely exceeded my expectations! It offers exceptional value for money, providing both the convenience and efficiency needed for business, while also ensuring a comfortable rest. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xiamen and highly recommend it to fellow business travelers!

This holiday, I brought my family to stay at the Fuzhou Haiyingwan Baixiang Resort, and it was truly a delightful and memorable experience. The hotel is located on the Changle coastline, very close to the airport, and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. For families traveling with children like us, it was incredibly convenient and stress-free! The hotel's environment is absolutely beautiful, truly embodying the phrase ”facing the sea, with spring blossoms.” The garden design is unique, with swaying palm trees. Opening the window reveals a spectacular sea view. Strolling along the seaside boardwalk in the evening, with the sea breeze and the sound of the waves, was incredibly relaxing. The beach is right outside, where the kids had a blast catching crabs, digging in the sand, and playing in the waves. The hotel breakfast was very rich, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients, and the taste was excellent. I especially want to thank Pudding for her incredibly attentive service. After we checked in, she meticulously helped us arrange the complimentary airport drop-off service, ensuring a seamless transition once the time was confirmed. It was fantastic. In summary, whether it's the environment, facilities, or service, Haiyingwan Baixiang Resort left us with an excellent impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and family-friendly or couple-friendly getaway near Fuzhou! We will definitely come back again if we have the chance!

Thumb up for the airport pick up service for free. It tooks about 10 minutes drive from Fuzhou Airport to the hotel. The friendly staff help us to arrange your baggages and used to wake us up at 5am in the morning for our next flight to Harbin. Hotel is suitable for transit.

Excellent value for money!!! We arrived at the airport past 1 AM, but we contacted the hotel and they promptly picked us up. The ocean is right outside our room window. Who could have imagined the surprise of waking up in the morning and opening the curtains to see the ocean and the beach? Who wouldn't be tempted by an ocean view room at this price? 😍😍

Facilities: Both hardware and software are well-equipped, including disposable toiletries. Environment: It's an apartment hotel with spacious, clean, and minimalist rooms. The hotel environment is fantastic. The front desk upgraded me to a suite for free, which was such a pleasant surprise 🤩, especially with the tight room availability during the Golden Rooster Awards. The large balcony and 180-degree sea view in the room were perfect for just sitting quietly for an afternoon in the early autumn. To make sure I didn't miss the beautiful scenery, I even set an alarm to catch the sunrise. Before heading back to the hotel late at night, I was craving a Coke. To my surprise, when I got back to the room, I found two bottles of Coke and Sprite waiting on the table. How thoughtful! 👍🏻 The hotel's robot is also really cute and charming. 😍 The only 'downside' is that all the paper products are too stiff, especially for someone like me who's battling a bad cold and goes through a lot of tissues. 😅

My first time staying here was in May when I visited Xiamen. I booked a twin room back then, and I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway in the mornings. When I came to Xiamen again, I chose this hotel once more. This time I booked a double room and mentioned the soundproofing issue from my previous stay to the lovely lady at the front desk. There were fewer people passing by in the hallway this time, so the noise wasn't much of an issue. For the price, it's pretty good value for money! The location is excellent, right downstairs from Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street.
