Excellent location with wonderful views of Gulangyu Island. Check-in was extremely slow - with a queue developing, despite it being past midnight - they also required a large deposit (double the room rate!) which we felt was excessive. Breakfast was so-so, quite a lot of choice but generally not particularly good quality - was bored of the selection by the third morning. Lots of parking which was very convenient. To be aware, there are no USB ports in the room and cannot borrow a charging block, so be sure to bring/buy your own. In-room dining menu had a wide selection and good quality. Rooms were clean and well-kept. We were brought a small gift for Christmas, which was very kind. Overall, the location and views make up for any minor ******* - would highly recommend for a city break in Xiamen.

Great location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

The hotel was fine. Bed a little hard for western standards, but everything very clean. Cannot say enough good things about front-of-hpuse Mr Micheal Chen, whose English was exceptional, and politeness incredible. He helped book our ferry tickets to Gulangyu even! If you meet him, ask about Fawlty Towers! 🤣 The same cannot be said of 1 lady working in the breakfast buffet. I got a plate of bread to share and was told if I liked bread that much, then they sell it!!!! It felt like she was always scrutinising us every time we went for food. I doubt she said that to anyone with a plateful of dumplings. It made us feel uncomfortable every time we went for breakfast after that, and that is not a sign of a good hotel. I won't return to Xiamen, but because of her, if I did I'd choose a different hotel.

Good location. We can explore the place at very short distance. You can walk or get Didi at very low price. The front desk are quite helpful. The 机器人to deliver food is very fun for children.

Great hotel. Did not know that it was a hotel chain and the recpetion gave good breakfast deal and their spread is pretty decent. The only down side is that it is located on a small hill. Not very elderly friendly. But overall the hotel standard is good and convenient to move ard. Willreturn and stay in other outlet in the future.

We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

We arrived at around 11pm at airport and have taken their minivan to the hotel which probably leaves at every 30minutes. They have regular minivan and big bus for airport pick up and delivery to airport. It was super easy experience. Room was clean and receptionists were very friendly. I saw pilots were checking out, they have agreement with airlines for transfer passengers and staff. Highly recommend this place.

Reception staff was friendly and super helpful, she attends to details and offers her services when needed, keep up the good work! Hotel is clean and location is great as it's stone throw away from zhongshan road, siming road and many eating places. Also walkable distance to MRT and the jetty to UNESCO Gulangyu. At the ground floor of the hotel is a travel agency with friendly and helpful staff where you can book trips with. Look for them to places such at the UNESCO Tulou.

View is decent. Sea view and can see Kulangsu but the curtain wall mullion is breaking the nice view into pieces. Cleanliness is debatable- this hotel has been operating for some years so there is some aged areas. Wood veneer furnitures are definitely in aging condition. Some molds and stains, which I highly suggest the hotel to take some look at. The Shanghai Tang shampoo they offered in the room had exact same scent as hotel lobby - not sure if it is a good thing. Yvette was very nice, giving us extra care and providing an upgrade. Breakfast is nice too but I really hoped to have fried rice. Regarding rice in breakfast, maybe Im asking for too much…

What an Amazing Resort this is indeed! You need to experience this resort for yourself to understand the professional assistance you get from the staff working at the resort... they even offer you a change of pillows to make your nights sleep better, we definitely made use of this option! The resort is on the beach no need to walk far to reach the beach, also a lot of fun activities to do inside the resort. Will most certainly visit this resort again... They get a full star rating from me 谢谢 to the staff of this resort!

This is the place to stay in Fuzhou. Location, service, comfort, facilities, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and of course value for money.

We arrived at the Sheraton Zhonggeng Hotel near noon on the 3rd. Jason, the male waiter who was handling the business, warmly received us and upgraded our room. There was also a slightly older master (with a dyed hair on the forehead) who enthusiastically introduced the attractions and food in Fuzhou, recommended us to check out the Meet Fuzhou applet, and helped us arrange the rest of the trip in Fuzhou. The hotel environment is well greened, and the lobby is also quite distinctive and large, especially the chandelier. The breakfast is also very rich, and the service is very good. The next morning, the hotel cleaner also cleaned up the room for us considerately, and put a few more bottles of mineral water according to our tea drinking requirements. When we checked out on the 5th, Fay and Jason enthusiastically gave us an invoice and asked about the accommodation experience. Very good accommodation experience.

In order to visit the Naval Museum, I booked a hotel in Mawei, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was super large, the environment was super good, and the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel is a memorial to the Sino-French Majiang Naval Battle. There is a side entrance to Luoxing Pagoda Park in the hotel yard, which is super convenient. It is a good place to bring children to learn and experience the history of modern naval development!

We arrived in Pingtan early that day and arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock. Later, the hotel lobby manager took the initiative to upgrade our room type from a family room to a family suite. The service from the front desk to the cleaning staff was super enthusiastic. Snacks and fruits were delivered every day. We were very happy to stay in Pingtan for 2 days. The whole family came to Fuzhou to relax in the Wuyi area. There are several good hotels in the Convention and Exhibition Center. I chose this one after reading the reviews. Compared with the Chinese restaurants in many hotels I have been to, there is no special advantage. It is more convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to various scenic spots. Yantai Mountain Jiefang Bridge and Gushan are not far away. The price of taking a taxi to Changle Beach is also acceptable. Generally speaking Said, still satisfied.

The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they also upgraded the room thoughtfully. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was average. There were not many varieties, and the fruits were not too fresh. Fortunately, I only had noodles and a glass of orange juice. It didn't affect me much. The room and The lights in the bathroom are not bright enough for sleeping, and the office is a bit dark. I wish the lights could be brighter, but Wanjia Hotel is the best among other hotels in Jinjing Town.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel in Quanzhou, the front house staff were amazing, especially a member of staff called Kyle. Thank you for the human connection. The rooms where nice and clean, I was also given the opportunity to enjoy a late checkout as my flight back to Shanghai was early evening. There is a shipping mail next door to the hotel, it’s perfect. The breakfast selection was good, lots of choices however I was not happy about being placed in a segregated corner in the restaurant on the 5th floor away from the local people because of not being local. For an international hotel I was highly disappointed by this kind of xenophobia treatment. I came across 2 managers at breakfast, 1 was a gentleman and very polite and the other named Jack, speaking in local dialect of which I can understand, thought I came in from Guangzhou, what made him think that?? I’ve lived in Shanghai for many years and from England, it was an automatic assumption that was very unprofessional. I had to tell the manager not to be scared of foreigners. Why should I have to say that in an international hotel. Apart from this bad review, maybe if I was another race, it would of been a smooth business stay at the intercontinental.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Xisha Bay, with a first-line sea view. You can watch the sea and sunset from the balcony of the room. There is a beach downstairs, and it is also very close to Chongwu Ancient City. Although the room facilities are old and have a bit of a damp smell, the room is large, the balcony is also large, and the cleaning is very clean. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. The parent-child suite I booked has a 1.8-meter bed and a bunk bed for children. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also large. The hotel in Quanzhou is very good. The location is very good. Next to the town government, the dining is very complete. Especially there is a theater. The environment is the style that children like, the price is expensive, the service and facilities do not reach this price, there is no refrigerator in more than 1,000 rooms, the sound insulation effect is not good, there are gaps upstairs and downstairs, and you can hear clearly. At 12:30 in the evening, I couldn't sleep because of the noise. He kept talking downstairs, and he called the front desk twice and didn't deal with it, and he still dealt with it by himself. The breakfast is also poor and doesn't match the price of the room at all.

Check in Quanzhou Oulebao Ocean Kingdom Chaozhou self-driving departure for about 3 and a half hours, lunch in the nearby Song Xiaojin to eat Quanzhou cuisine, the taste is OK, the ginger mother duck is better than expected. I lived in Zhenghe Ocean Hotel, but it was still good for the Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea Hotel. Go downstairs directly to the ticket gate, and watch the fireworks at night. The whole park feels quite satisfactory, and the amusement facilities are not special, but the children are still very happy to play. In fact, they can play for one day, and they are more casual for two days. I chose this hotel for a business trip and arranged a high floor for me. The window looked very wide. The handsome guy who called was very good. The computer screen is large and the game is very smooth. The mechanical keyboard feels super good. The air conditioner is also very iced and health is OK. There are many shops downstairs in the hotel, not afraid of no food to eat haha. Will be here next time on business trip.
