I have been here only for one night and still can remember how good they served customer. The receptionist prepared everything before I came, during our check-in she explained everything very well. Even when I asked about where to get Malays food also how to pay the car park. You can easily get a spot for park the car behind the hotel. At downstairs they also provide nasi kandar restaurant and mini mart which is good for short stays where you can easily get snacks. The cleanliness of my room that impressed me. One thing that I couldn't forget is how they provided a room according my message on my booking request. The qiblat sign in the room was helpful for Muslim travellers. It's all smooth during checkout on the next day, thumbs up to the receptionist. Both of them. These hotel are very comfortable and clean. Thank you for the hospitality given during my stays.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a relaxing ambiance, making it a perfect getaway for travelers seeking a picturesque environment. The decor throughout the hotel is exquisite, with a delightful lavender color scheme and thematic touches that create a calming, cohesive atmosphere. Enhanced warmth communications and more amicable demeanor from the counter and kitchen bar workers could improve service quality, thereby enriching the tourist experience and creating a greater sense of welcome and appreciation.

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, no problem with the room, but do prepare some cash money because the hotel will demand a deposit of rm100 and rm3 for the pahang tourism tax in cash only. No extra towel provided for the pool, only in room towel is provided, do bring extra towel for pool usage.
