This hotel has a good location & their restaurant serves very nice food at a reasonable price. The owners are so helpful to are our package trip to Huangshan & also help arrange car to train station.i fully recommend to stay here

Great location with a friendly and attentive host, she helped us book transport to and from the hotel (saved on having to pay for the cable cars). We loved our stay here everything was clean, and breakfast was simple but delicious!

We stayed once at this hotel in our trip after our last day in the Huangshan Mountain and, once again the service and amenities were on stop. Everything was perfect and we were able to relax and rest very comfortably. We had the chance to also have dinner at the restaurant downstairs and the food was also great!

房間挺乾淨，裝修也不錯，酒店就在南大門不遠，非常方便，下山景交車直接在酒店對面停，真的很爽，老闆家裡有飯店，吃飯也很方便

一般不做評價，你家住宿體驗整體很一般，但最後老闆的態度讓我感覺服務很差，住宿當天老闆不在，家裡的阿姨負責接客服務，説好讓我自己坐車來報銷車費，進屋了提都不提，歲數大了嘛能理解，阿姨也是很熱情，我是沒想到房間在閣樓，房間設計格局很不合理，布草倒是齊全，我就説服自己這還不錯。房間裏沒水，我打電話又是阿姨接的電話，阿姨説讓我自己下來拿，我問wifi密碼是多少，阿姨説88886666好像是，記不得了，然後那邊忙把我電話掛了。我就想自己家wifi密碼不知道挺奇怪，我試了密碼不對，心思他歲數大了不容易，我就算了，水也不要了自己點外賣吧。什麼服務不到位，馬桶沒擦乾淨這些都可以接受了，就當照顧長者家，起碼她態度還不錯。第二天早我去黃山，寄存行李箱放在了房間，説是給我放到前台。但是我第二天從黃山回來，不認識我了，我看見了女老闆回來了，問我行李哪去了，那個女老闆説不知道啊，第二波客人已經住了，行李不在了。過了一會有個夥計把行李拿了下來。我最奇怪的是女老闆全程陰陽怪氣，跟我説wifi密碼在牆上自己不看嗎，我已經很包容了好嗎？你個開民宿的老闆服務比服務員還差，態度也不好。你要是不會做生意就別做了。打電話道個歉也不會。服務員是挺熱情，你也別找他們麻煩了，祝你們生意興隆。
