We have just returned from a trip to Santa Eulalia staying in a different hotel. My Dad came on holiday with us and on the Tuesday morning of our holiday went out on a walk himself to visit some places he’d seen in years gone by with my Mum. Unfortunately he seems to have blacked out outside the W Ibiza and was found by staff in a pool of blood. The staff not only helped him up and called an ambulance but they also phoned me and made absolutely sure that I knew what had happened, what hospital he was getting taken to and how to get to him. I didn’t get a chance to call back and thank them later in the week but I was even told to phone back if there was absolutely anything else they could help with. They couldn’t have been more empathetic, helpful and caring. My Dad spent the day in hospital and was let back to our hotel late that evening when his vital signs had improved after many tests and with an extensive report to take to his own doctor. I’ll also email the hotel directly once I get contact details but I really felt that potential customers should know just how helpful this hotel was in a crisis. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my Dad. It was a dreadful & shocking thing to have happened but I think he considers himself very lucky that it happened where it did.

This was our first stay at the ME after selecting it as our wedding venue for 2024 ! We were sold as soon as we pulled up and saw the view straight through the hotel to the pool & beyond, what an entrance. The staff couldn't've be more attentive, but not in an overbearing way, simply there when you need them & nothing is too much trouble. We were apprehensive about a late October stay as the weather want looking great, but we were lucky enough to have some blue skies & enjoyed the Bali beds by the pool, highly recommend for a chilled day by the pool. The rooms are modern & well stocked with amenities and most importantly, spotlessly clean much like every other corner of this hotel. The rooftop is lovely if you like to escape the vibes of the main pool and have a little peace and quiet ( adults only) We had the most amazing stay and cant thank Julia & the team enough Bring on 2024 ....

Honestly this hotel is amazing. We booked for a week just as the hotel had reopened after low season. We arrived approx 11pm to a smooth check in, offers of food and drinks if we wanted them and a room all made up for us and our two children. Rooms are clean, spacious and we chose a sea view. This was perfect. We had a balcony which we could all sit on and relax, and kids were very comfortable in their beds. Our beds were massive and comfortable. Food was brilliant, so much choice every day, huge selection for vegetarians and options for people who were gluten free, plenty of choice of drinks and the pool bar did a range of snacks which were perfect if you wanted something else. Our children used the kids club which offers 2 activities from 11am til 13:15pm and then a kids disco most nights. The entertainment team are brilliant and my son got particularly attached to them. They are so accommodating and baring in mind this was still start of the season they ensured something was on most nights. Staff are incredible. There are no other words. Hotel is clean and staff work hard to keep the areas clear of cups, plates and general mess. The staff are always on hand to help with anything and everything you could possibly ask for... From late check out to taxis to food orders. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is perfectly situated for walks to beaches within 10mins, the marina and town centre. We've had the best time and we will be back as this has had every thing we could possibly want. Kim, Jesùs, Ully, José.... We enjoyed our stay here for a week in early October. It would appear to be at the cheaper end of hotels when you take into context the price of others in the same location. It was All Inclusive but the drinks seemed very strange, I saw them open new bottles and pour it into my cup but drinking all day and yet never even got tipsy. But the bar staff were great, the atmosphere was good during the day and the food was a little limited but nevertheless very nice. Breakfast was a good range. The entertainment team are very hard working but the hotel needs to upgrade the budget that they give them to work with. The evening entertainment was weak. Many people didnt stay at the hotel in the evenings and they went out for entertainment elsewhere which is additional cost when you've paid for All Inclusive. (If you want to go out there's two places that jump to mind, if he's there try and catch Johnny Dee at Popeye's Bar doing his Neil Diamond act - stunning, or for me my favourite place is the Red Lion Late Lounge, good drinks, great price, buzzing atmosphere and sing away to karaoke into the small hours in the soundproofed bar). For those that stayed in the evening at the hotel the entertanment finished at around 10:30pm and that was it. Not even any music being played afterwards, no atmosphere and yet the All Inc didn't finish till midnight. I'd adjust that so that instead of 11am to midnight that it's from 10am to 11pm on the All Inc if the hotel is unable to entertain its guests. On the upside the hotel was very clean, spacious and smelt fresh. Our room was fantastic and spacious and we couldn't have asked for better. Special shout out to Alfonso on reception, a very thoughtful, caring and yet funny man who was a pleasure to have met. Overall I've give it 5 stars and the all important point - YES! We will come again.

I booked these apartments earlier in the year and having read the reviews on trip advisor I was a bit worried, I needn’t have been. The apartment itself is clean very spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. Towels changed every two days and the air con is so good we have actually turned it off overnight as the apartment stayed cool. My only issue was the very low power in the shower but plenty of hot water. Staff are lovely too. The location is a little walk into Santa eularia but we knew that when we booked it but you have young kids it may be a little but far to do it more than once a day

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are great. We stayed in the suite with terrace and had a large terrace to sunbathe on. The bed was comfy and the room was kept clean at all times. The only issue we encountered with the hotel was a slow service. Check-in was very slow and our room wasn’t ready until after 3PM (stated check in time) which messed up our plans for our first evening. We did receive a fruit platter in our room as an apology though which was a nice touch. The bar service is incredibly slow. We once waited approximately 30 minutes for a bottle of cava and two glasses. With this being out of season, I wouldn’t want to think what it will be like in July/August. Overall, a stunning hotel and I would return out of season again but I do worry about the issues with service at busier times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. The room and hotel is exceptionally clean, with good decor throughout. The staff are a joy, only too happy to help and went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. I really can’t thank them enough. The breakfast was delicious, a good range of cooked items, pastries and fresh fruit etc. My only complaint is the coffee is from a machine - no chance of an oat latte! I didn’t use the pool area and would say this is the only area I didn’t feel 100% about. Nothing in particular just a bit too open for me - and there were plenty of other people using it, so probably just me! One other thing - my wifi connection wasn’t great when I used it, so probably wouldn’t stay there if i was on a working vacation!
