The worst experience ever. Very unconfortable beds. The first day i found ants in the bathroom. I asked a double bed so i found 2 separate beds. The staff ie very rude and superficial. I do not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Was a good stay with nice staff. It is well located on the port and with everything well packed that the stay in Ibiza is the best. Also special mention to the staff in the night sight which help in a last minute booking for the hotel and gave precious advice

Brilliant location Very clean affordable prices for drinks Mojhito not great though . Room sml but OK Don't understand the large fridge but no kettle . Bathroom right beside bed not great . Overall nice place Noise from bar outside loud Friendly staff Very clean

Disappointing stay. We decided to go there cause We need to stay close to the port, but we will never come back and I hope you guys don’t choose it. Very dirt hotel: blanket with spots of blood, Spiders in the bathroom and really heavy noise coming from the bars near the hotel. No value for money at all!! The only good thing was the friendly staff at the reception. they offered us the breakfast and let me leave the luggage the whole day in one of their lockers.

Just to say thank you to all the stuff in the hotel especially Natasha,Samanta,Anita and Adriana. Celebrated my hen do and everyone was so helpful ,friendly ,nothing was a issue and we felt so welcome. We are hoping to see you soon xx

Visited the bar for daytime drinks only on a trip to Ibiza town. Reasonable prices. However ended up having to go inside to ask to be served as we had been sat outside for 10 minutes. Then rather than serve me there and then was sent back outside to wait. Not presented with any menu. Lots of other people also waiting outside for service. Upon wanting to pay, and with no sign of any staff coming inside, I went in to pay. Was then left standing by the till, with no acknowledgment from the two staff that I was waiting there. One of them was drying glasses whilst talking to the other member of staff. A couple who appeared to be staying at their hostel then arrived at the bar, to be served before me!! Despite the fact that no one else was at the bar. Someone finally came over to me after standing there for about 5 minutes and then looked at me expectantly for a tip when they gave me my change!! Poor service does not get tips. Would not recommend.
