Stayed here in October for 3 nights - and the entire experience was outstanding - the hotel offers something you won’t find in other 5star properties- the grounds and rooms are stunning with beautiful lawns and peacocks in the garden , the rooms are spacious comfortable and elegant well above normal luxury hotels-all the staff are attentive and engaging and nothing is to much trouble from organising tours to providing a car to town- everything from the airport pick up to the road trip to Jodhpur was meticulously organised with stop over at the RAAS Chhatrasagar - for lunch. What makes this property extraordinary is the staff and the attention to detail from breakfast to off menu dinner items to asking before arriving what temperature I wanted the room at-The location is perfect to explore Jaipur with just a short drive from all the main attractions the polo bar is stunning as is the pool- special thanks to Ayushi who works for RAAS reservations - super helpful and organised transfers and road trips to Jodhpur and Udaipur -from the hotel Amit/Bharti/Ali/Manish/ and many more

This is an amazing hotel with a fantastic team who work really hard to make you feel welcome and at home from the moment you arrive. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The restaurants are outstanding. The team Vikas, Charah, Munish, Bagu Singu and DD couldn’t do enough to look after us. The food was excellent and the rooms spotless. The pool and grounds are beautiful. An exceptionally well run hotel.

Amazing place with amazing staff, Manish and Ali were fantastic and made our stay memorable! We will be back next time we are in town,ni would recommend this hotel to others, from my perspective it's worth the money. .....................

Beautiful palace well located in the middle of Jaipur. The palace is spectacular with plenty of interesting details! Restoration have blended originality and modernity well. Rooms are a bit old (A/C, TV etc) and some don’t have a window in main area of the room. The highlight of the stay was most definitely the amazing food! The whole Food and Beverage team led by Abhi, did a fantastic job from service to quality of food! Also really good at explaining and recommending dishes based on your preferences. We will be back

From the moment we drove through the pink walls into the grounds of the Palace we were excited. The hotel is a feast for the eyes and senses, photo opportunities everywhere that dont do it justice, colour and joy everywhere- its a really beautiful place. But I would like to say that the staff added the extra magic - from the minute we arrived they were attentive, warm, helpful and so friendly - nothing was a problem for them and we ended up feeling so very welcome and looked forward to getting to know them. We had a cough, and they offered us ginger tea, and sent a driver to get some medicine. We loved it here and stayed an extra night. All the staff were great, but i’d like to make a very special mention to Abhi who was a great host and conversationalist. To Jyoti, who was a smiling face and looked after us. And to Bagh Singh who warmly & gently greeted us and was so kind. Highly recommend would give it 10 stars ! Thankyou to the team here for a memorable stay.

Even on a business trip you are able to switch off to the most dreamiest of lands where this establishment looks after your stay to the second you stepped in. A stay that undoubtedly you will never forget…for the right reasons. The location is great, of course amenities, gardens, food and beverages are organic sourced at their own organic garden their flavours are exceptional.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and great dining options. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!

The place is a must visit when in jaipur since its located in the city and offers a rich heritage & cultural rajasthani vibe . Excellent ambience and brilliant hospitality by the staff . Great service by Dindyal accompanied by a delightful taste made the experience even more memorable!!

Fake things be were about any thing whatsoever you gonna pay … being a regular guest .. I had stay in the hotel also once. The princess of wales the Manegment did not paid. any attention. For one bill paid twice .. I have done the payment of 1500 inr only for 60 ml the bar tender said that sir we have not revived any payment from your side it’s deduct but I have to pay extra I did that also … sharing the the screen shot . If you visit the property paid by cash only coz staff is not that good . I complained the front office manger also miss Bharti …but I can say the management is in poor hands
