I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is located is in a quiet area within walking distance of several bus lines and both east and west Wuzhen. The receptionists are very kind and try their best to communicate with non Chinese speakers. My room was very spacious and clean and wonderfully decorated. This hotel was very overall excellent. 我在这里过得很愉快。酒店位于一个安静的区域，步行即可到达乌镇东、西两条公交线路。接待员很和蔼，尽量和不会说中文的人交流。我的房间很宽敞，干净，装饰得很好。这家旅馆总体上非常好。

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

It’s a really great B&B. The owner is very handsome, gentle and enthusiastic. Because I was in a hurry that day, the owner personally drove me to the photography studio and helped me carry my luggage to the room. His children are also very cute and the service staff are also friendly. Very welcoming. I was in a hurry to catch the bus in the morning, and my aunt was worried that I wouldn't eat breakfast. Anyway, it was great! I will book this hotel next time I come!

Great breakfast. Outdoor swimming pool with view on the natural reservoir absolutely gorgeous. Room spacious and with a very good design. Clean and quiet. The bar can make good cocktails with the price in line with the service and location. Only one note is that the umbrella in the room were both with problems but anyway a very good hotel experience and service.

Wuzhen is a very famous Internet celebrity homestay with good service and excellent location. It is located on a street in the scenic area. It is centrally located. It is convenient to go anywhere. It has complete facilities on the side. There is an Internet celebrity restaurant that is very good and recommended! The lady at the front desk serves very well, and the boss wants to add a chicken leg to her!

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.
