The wait for check in was too long. The person in the reception was very rude. They were not confirming the booking initially. After a tough fight finally they said we have a room, and then again they said we have to pay 16000 again. Its was only after an argument that they provide us with the room. Again in the room, it was not even cleaned after the previous guest left. Not even the tables, bedsheet any thing did they change. We had to stand in-front if the room for an hour before we could get into. The very next day they called and asked to check out. Again we had to argue with them. Finally when we left, they wanted to charge extra telling that there was damage to their furniture which we didnt even use. This is quite ridiculous to charge damaged things over customers who come to stay only for a short time. This has to be definitely addressed
