I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

The interior is well landscaped, and in addition to golf, various activities such as biking and swimming are available. Particularly impressive are the independent lodges with great views.

I was there with my family for the New Year family reunion,The location, food, DJ best music selections, host, theme, photo booth and other vendors were amazing! the fireworks were great made everything alive.The staffs are Wonderful,Arriving to such a warm and friendly welcome was a wonderful experience, Thank you to the security who were friendly, cheerful always,noticed the same treatment given to everyone nassir and Amathe, your hospitality and warm wishes made it truly exceptional. I am appreciative to the Management team for hosting such a wonderful event with a lasting memories with us and the best customer services passed to their staffs that makes and brings excellence results, great teamwork.We will highly recommend.Keep it that way.

There so many activities to do here, food is absolutely Great!!! It’s so good. The service is great and everyone is nice. I especially loved the horse riding, I just loved the horses, Purity is also very very nice to the guests but I would recommend bigger and better rooms

The experience was excellent. The stuff was friendly and the rooms were in good hygiene . They made my birthday experience wonderful and specifically Cecilia made everything work out perfectly ( she is the best stuff ) .I would 100% recommend visiting great rift valley lodge .

The place is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff are nothing short of amazing. Cecilia Nanaiyu provided outstanding customer service and gave us such a warm welcome. The food was great, and the staff's attentiveness truly stood out. Being my first time here, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and can’t wait to return soon!

It was great and there were great staff that were very helpful and made changes immediately and even improvement were being made as soon as possible and even writhing the time we had our stay constant upgrades were being made and everything was perfect

Reception front desk staff.are well traiined and knows their work. They welcomed my group very well and served us professionally lead by Cecilia , the Guest service manager. The Staff are well trained and shows very good reception to clients. Rooms are well organized. Bathrooms well clean, towels are clean, hot water in pretty and toiletries are available. Staff are friendly. Restaurants are very good, clean and well arranged. Staff are friendly and attentive. Excellent customer service. Food is pretty. Varieties available. Generally, my team of 20 plus members are grestful and saisfied with all services. Thank you to our Travel manager who recommended us to come to thus beutiful Lodge. We promuse to come back when time comes.
