Standard nice 3 star hotel located just off the noisy area in a quiet street. Location and cleanliness are decent as expected, but many amenities such as green tea, shower cap and pillows (only 1 per bed) are missing. The room and toilet are a little small and dark as the lighting is all yellow with limited options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We had booked a private double room and I was amazed at the size of it. I was happy that it was Japanese style. Very comfortable bed, table in case you want to have a picnic in the room from Seven Eleven :) and bathroom facilities very clean. Also you have a free drink included with your stay - alcoholic or non alcoholic (we have not used ours though). The common parts of the hostel are so dark that it can give an impression it is not so clean, but to be honest I have not really checked. It is a little hidden and might be difficult to find.

It was good to have all-you-can-drink meal plan and all-you-can-eat crab. Unsatisfactory if it is only a buffet. Costa coffee was delicious. There are many small children. The room is large and comfortable on the ４ floor. It is rare that there was no bottle of drinking water and there was no hair cap in the room or bathroom. (So there is no cleansing, pigment wash, or lotion) The hot spring is only an open-air bath. The color of the hot water is brown brown, which seems to be iron-rich. There are two types of indoor baths: enzyme baths, sleeping baths and saunas. There are many people taking a day trip bath. There is a color 々 such as amusement parks for free admission on the large site, so you can spend a relaxing time. There were flowers, vegetables and ripe strawberries, which was delicious. It was said that the cherry blossoms would be sold out if they could not go early.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)
