I went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and ３０ centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about １ｍ away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.

It is convenient to walk from Shinkaiji Station and Asahikawa Park. Because it is winter, there is an air cleaner with a humidifier and it was saved. The room was old, but it was spread for a business hotel. There were many kinds of breakfast and Japanese style, and it was delicious.

It was a long time Kobe business trip in the corona pass. I always stayed around Sannomiya station, but this time I used it for the first time for work around Kobe station. It was a very convenient location from Shinkaiji station and convenience stores were about 1 minutes away and not far from Kobe station on foot. Thank you for upgraded to a twin room on the day, but the bus toilet was separate and very easy to use. The room was a bit narrow, but the bed was perfect for sleeping, and the bed was outstanding, and the front desk staff was quick, polite and pleasant. It is a candidate as one of the accommodation destinations for future business trips to Kobe. Thank you.

A little walk, but there is a big shopping street in the Asahikawa River. It is also within walking distance from Asahikawa Station. There is a small Okonomiyaki shop next to it when crossing the ramen shop, convenience store and crosswalk. There is a spot where you can see the night view in less than 30 minutes by car.

I stayed here for two nights.
It was located exactly halfway between Kobe Expressway and Okurayama, so it was convenient with good transportation and many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
The amenities were basically in the lobby, and you could take only what you needed. The drip coffee was a big plus (I'm a coffee lover).
It's great to be able to drink coffee whenever you want!
There was an electric kettle in the room, so it was useful when I wanted to drink coffee or tea.
The bathroom and bed area in the room were clean and comfortable.
I stayed in a smoking room, so there was a smell, but it was to be expected for smokers.
If you are really concerned about it, I recommend staying in a non-smoking room.
There was no outlet near the pillow, but they provided an extension cord, so it wasn't a problem.
I saw some reviews saying that the Wi-Fi was weak, but my Windows laptop worked fine, so it might have something to do with the location of the room.
The location and cost performance were great, so I would definitely use it on my next business trip.

It is very close to Kobe (Hyogo) Station. There is a 7-11 downstairs. If you are looking for restaurants around the station, there are many choices.
Japanese style sunbathing + soaking tub, wet and dry toilet seats, very satisfied.

Crown Palace Kobe at the entrance of Kobe Harborland is an underground road in Duo Kobe, which is connected to Harborland Station on the subway coastline, Kobe Station on JR, and Kobe Expressway Line. I traveled by Shinkansen, but Shin-Kobe station is far from the hotel. It was 10:15 p.m. when I arrived at Shin-Kobe. It took over 30 minutes to get to the hotel. At night when there are few trains, I will change trains as many as two. Close to Kobe station. It's in the shadow of a building, so it feels like it's a little far away, but you'll arrive soon without any problems. The room was a twin room with a view of the port tower. The interior is quite comfortable as there is a sofa in the twin room. TV screen is quite large. From the window, you can see the port tower, but you can't see the sea. Hotel Okura is also visible, but it seems to be quite a distance if you walk.

KKWCA modern hotel with friendly staff. The room is small but this is already expected from most of hotels in Japan. Everything is kept clean and in order. There is not much of amenities such as gym, pool or spa. There are vending machines, microwave and washing machine on some floors. Breakfast was included in my hotel booking and provided a lot of variety although they are same in the both days I was there. The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance from train stations such as Sannomiya & Motomachi, and eateries at Ikuta road.

NNormanHotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced.
Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots)
As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point
Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling)
The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness.
The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs
The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe.
Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic.
Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English)
The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing.
Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. GGuest UserI went by car. The parking lot is opposite the multi-storey car park and the inn. It may be a little small if you go by large car. The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. After taking a walk, I returned to the inn at 14:00. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong. When I was sleeping early in the morning, I woke up with the loud sound of dropping the plate in preparation for breakfast.
