Well maintained resort and good service. Breakfast spread is good and yummy. Harbour is just 5-10 mins walk away to take boat ride to the Tunku Abdul Rahman islands. Boat ride is only about 15-20mins to the islands. Lovely great swimming pools for both adults and kids and a small private beach for snorkeling. Rooms are clean and spacious. Sunset is beautiful. Love the stay and we will be back. Thank you!

A perfect place to stay when you want to shopping at Imago until late at night 😂 Very convenience. 2 single bed and kitchen utensil. It also have iron available. Its just that it quite confusing to take different elevator to Parking lot and to mall. And it so quite at night and walking alone as girl can be scary 😂

The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy area in the city centre. Everything is close by. It is also located by seaside area with full of tourist spot. The room is very clean. The staff are all friendly and the food is so good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel of you come to Kota Kinabalu.

My recent stay at The Pacific Sutera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Despite only spending 2 days and 1 night at the hotel, the level of service I experienced was truly top-notch. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until our departure, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the overall ambiance, which contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience. However, what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I must make a special mention of one staff member whose name unfortunately escapes me. She mentioned that she has been a part of the hotel's team for the past 20 years, and her dedication to her work was palpable in every interaction we had with her. Her genuine friendliness, warmth, and professionalism enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. I believe it would be wonderful if the hotel could consider acknowledging her dedication and exceptional service with a bonus or some form of recognition. Her commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests like myself deserves commendation, and such gestures would not only serve as a token of appreciation but also motivate her and other staff members to continue delivering outstanding service. Amazing!!! Very clean, modern, good location and safe😍 The airconditioning works really good and the bed and sheets are heaven. Just perfect! The bathroom is also very clean and modern. Restaurants and laundry self service are a ten meter walk from the hotel!

Right in the middle of the city. Lots of eateries nearby. Night market and Anjung Senja seafood food court is close. Centrepoint KK is just a few minutes walk. The building is old, but the rooms are neatly renovated. Spacious room, clean bathroom, friendly staff and reception. Overall, we're satisfied and had good night's rest. The check in time took almost half an hour and I already booked through online. Suppose to be short time since already booked online. Room is spacious and comfortable. Food buffet for breakfast is deliciously satisfying. Sauna is currently under maintenance.

The location is convenient, it has plenty of good spa and restaurants nearby, however, it was too close to the fish market, you can smell the fish once you left the lobby. The overall hygiene is fine, bedsheet and towel are in very good condition, however, there are quite a lot of strains in the surfaces of toilet, also the shower room. And I found some ants at a corner of the room. The facilities are good, swimming pool and the rooftop bar are decent. All staff I have met are nice and friendly.

My husband and I spent two nights here. The queen room size is suitable for family with 2 children under 10. During our stay the tv channels had problems due to the change from analogue to digital tv. We asked for help from the maintanence and he showed up...3 times but the problem unsolved (my husband was quite upset because he wanted to watch the Malaysia Cup final between JDT and Kedah... lol). We have not tried the food because breakfast was not included in my room rate. Mini bar is not provided in room. The room and bathroom are clean. The hotel provide a newspaper every morning. The location is good even for those who come without transportation...just a few minutes walk to Imago, Craft Market and KK market

The room was clean amd neat. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Everything was good, the only downside is the noisy club at the upper floor. If you are a light sleeper, consider booking other places.
