Very relaxing 2 night stay as part if our trip around Borneo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (a little dated) and the hotel has a rooftop bar that provided us with views of one of the best sunsets we have ever witnessed. The hotel were also kind enough to offer us a free welcome drink at the bar along with a cake to celebrate my birthday. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

New experience to stay in such hotel, superb service, excellent care of the guests, beautiful deco and set up. Highly recommend for any potential guests to sabah. The standard review only provide 5 stars rating, personally I give ritz residence, miminum 8 stars ratings. Things to improve : The lifts, for those driving, need to make it more inconvenience.

Hotel is nice, clean and have good amenities. The room is clean, though not new, but all amenities are working fine. The bed is comfortable and comes with 2 pillows each. The room even has a study table. We use it as a dining table instead. The room has a unique toilet. The shower and toilet bowl is separated having a door each and next to each other. Also, the wall and door of the toilet can slide fully open exposing the sink and the doors of shower and toilet bowl. You can just slide to close everything if you want privacy. The hotel staffs are nice too and attend to your request promptly. I requested for extra pillow and they sent it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good and delicious. They have a wide variety of dishes from local, western, Indian, Chinese. Though everyday is similar but they change certain dishes such as from fried noodle to fried kuey tiow, fried rice to nasi lemak, etc. The hotel is also close to the waterfront, eating places and walking distance to Suria Sabah shopping centre. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

The first time I experienced the capsule room, it was not bad, the bed was quite big. . . The staff was also very good. After check-out, I still let the luggage for a big day stay until 12 o'clock in the morning. The only place that is not very satisfactory is breakfast. It is a bit late, I don’t know if it is provided. Breakfast is available. . . The staff indicated that the bread on our table could be eaten, but it was already moldy when opened. . . Maybe the weather is too hot, I hope the store can pay attention to this, the others are quite good.

I was surprised when I saw this hotel is rated as 2 stars in google. Like whatt? This hotel should be rated as 3 to 4 stars bcs the hotel services are the best. The hotel building is also huge. Perfect for staycation! Highlights: Friendly staff and efficient check in process. The front office staff explained very clearly about the hotel facilities. Good job! Spacious and clean room, modern room design, Smart Tv included, great ambience, free & fast wifi connection. I loveee the free breakfast and I’m a huge coffee lover, I like that there is a coffee maker, very convenient. The croissant is also amazing! I love all the food here 👍 Overall, well done Holiday Inn Express KK! Thank you for your amazing 5 star hospitality services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room were spacious and spotless, with great deco (honeymoon deco was requested) which I was so surprised! It was so beautiful and unique. Thanks to Selviannah for the great deco. The staffs were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. Definitely will come back again. Not to mention the breakfast menu. It got variety of foods and so yummy. Not the best in KK but still very much better than any hotel with the same rate as Shangri La Bandaran Berjaya. The view of the hill was amazing n peaceful. Thanks again! #shangri-la

the room is okay for the price.. but the heater in the bathroom is broken, the heater used to make hot water is also broken.. when I come to the counter it will be checked.. even when I woke up, there was still no check.. There is no heater to heat the water to drink because everything is broken.. I have to take a cold shower and drink cold water..😔

The location are superb. Its very convenience because near 7E, Orange, restaurant and big mall. Easy to find food and things needed even late night. The only thing is the bed are suit only for 1 person while I'm book for 2 person and the room are not soundproof. By the way, everything is ok and excellent. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.
