I had a great 4D3N stay at this hotel! Staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast halal, facilities great, spacious and clean room! A bit far from Aonang Muslim Street but dont worry, theres a lot of motorbike rental services around the hotel. Near with restaurants and 7E! Definitely will come back

We (3 non vegetarians and 3 vegetarians) loves the hotel breakfast. Breakfast provides are different every day but not all. The staff is nice and allows us to use the utensil and plates for outside food to eat at the breakfast area. This hotel has short walking distance to Andaman Cultural Centre and Maharaj morning market.

Breakfasts were really good! We didn’t have any problems with cleaning service. Swimming pool was good too. The cliff view rooms are the best I think, it looks really impressive. The sea is located 10mins walk from the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Thanks to Phu Pano for the great stay (6 nights): really enjoyed the pool and the room was very nice also ! The staff was really super kind, even for Thailand ! Good location, not far from the beach but still quiet and calm. Amazing view from the pool king view room ! Definitely would recommend staying here !

I was pleased to find this orderley, well run hotel in a location that was away from the Ao Nang '*****'. My room was clean, spacious and all the facilities provided worked well. The front desk were super helpful and sorted out day trips, scooter and were on hand with lots of helpful advice. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, great omlettes !

When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. Which the reception lady (morning Shift) has received the matter But doesn't look very careful Not very careful what we have to know So we went to talk to the organizer. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. You only get a microwaved wrap and a hot drink for breakfast. No cold drink even tough it’s so hot outside. The breakfast outside is better and no expensive at all. We asked for additional pillow and we were told no which really is an issue for a “hotel”. For the price paid it’s a good hotel and clean. They come clean your room and change towels every day. A bottle of water is provided every time they clean your room. The view on the mountain is so nice so no regrets. Ac works good but they only provide one key/card so you cannot leave the ac on so that the room is nice and fresh when you come back. No iron provided when we asked but you can leave to a laundry service outside the hotel so they can do it for you. Would have been better to provide an iron. We were really inconvenienced.

We loved the Hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful. Not giving 5 stars because the staff doesn`t speak a good English so it was very hard to communicate and the should use more the space that they have with maybe a bar in pool to create more vibes but very good overall. Very quiet and peaceful hotel if you are looking to relax.

The hotel is perfect ! have two amazing infinity pools, location is perfect near from everything and the room was comfortable and big enough, we enjoyed our time, the service and the stuff was very friendly and helpful, the only thing about this hotel was not that much is the breakfast, is ok not bad but not perfect don’t have many choices, but I would definitely come back again to this hotel 👍👍

room is generally nice and clean. staff very accommodating. soap and shampoo in the room are not checked daily. one needs to call housekeeping. lobby of building A is extremely hot. aircon not working properly, most of the time, it's switched off. windows and doors are open so the heat goes in. staff should speak better english to communicate better. no-smoking policy is not implemented well. smell of cigarette smoke reeks in the hallway/ corridors on different floors.
