I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

Chenggong District is relatively a hotel with a high comprehensive score. Although it is a bit old, the facilities are well maintained, the facilities are complete and the details are in place. The room is large, the hot water bath is comfortable, the wet and dry partitions, the layout is reasonable, and the scenery is coordinated. Parking is convenient, there is an open-air parking lot at the entrance of the hotel 🅿️, which is convenient for travel. The phone said, You don't have to worry about parking spaces at all. Our parking lot is large and there are many parking spaces. I will leave you two parking spaces and laugh at me, hahahaha! After chatting a few words, she took the initiative to ask our location, let me add my WeChat and send the location. If you stay in the experience, you will get full marks directly! ! ! YYDS! ! ! From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the lady was very enthusiastic to help me direct the vehicle, help us get things, chat, recommend nearby net red punch points, gourmet restaurants, great! ! From the parking lot, to the lobby, to the guest rooms, to the restaurant, plus this service attitude, I really can't find a bad place to say this price! ! ! Next time you come to Kunming, you must stay at the hotel.

Decent brand name Wanda but even with renovation the decoration inside the room is still quite ‘old’. The hotspring is not genuine hotspring water. The music show is ok but the music speaker system is very poor as we can’t hear the music or singing at all - just muffling! The hotel can do with better upgrading. Also, as the location is not near anywhere convenient for restaurant food or shopping, suggest Wanda to provide a shuttle service to the Wanda shopping centre and other tourist locations.
