The hotel has complete infrastructure, the rooms are larger than other hotels, clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. There is an outlet just a few minutes away. The front desk staff have very good service attitude and are proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with many varieties. I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high. It's neither too soft nor too hard. There are complete toiletries in the room. The hotel has a laundry room and a gym. After dinner, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour. I felt much more comfortable. The service is very good. There are free fruits and midnight snacks. Next time Still coming to check in.

I came to Kunshan with my friends and chose the Crown Hotel. The location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, and taxis are cheap. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the room is quite large, clean and equipped with a bathtub and free bath bags, the bedding is good, the hot water is sufficient, and the front desk service is not bad. In short, it still provides convenience for me. I am very satisfied with the room. Happy

This time the room type is a superior bed room. There is a small sofa chair in the room. I am very satisfied. The stay is very good and much better than the previous experience. This is the second time I have stayed at Yangcheng Lake Lanting Hotel. From the quick check-in at the front desk, to the guide all the way to the room elevator, the clean rooms and the rich variety of meals still make us feel at home.
Thank you Ms. Meng at the front desk of Lanting for her strong business ability and quick action. Thank you also for the thoughtful service of the Western restaurant manager Wang and Mao Mao, and the unknown aunt in the housekeeping department. We should come for the third and fourth time.

Location
It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though.
Rooms
3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of
Food
There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent.
Service
The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though.
Conclusions
Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

GGuest UserWhen I came to Zhouzhuang, I really made the right choice for accommodation. It was very good. The boss lady was very warm and picked us up at the entrance of the scenic spot. The house was clean and hygienic. It was very complete. The most important thing was that the location was also very good. It was in the scenic area and it was very convenient to go anywhere! And it was very quiet! The scenery was also very good. You could see the beautiful scenery without leaving the house. There was also a very beautiful kitten 🐱. My parents were also very satisfied! The boss lady's restaurant tasted very good too. I must recommend it once. I think the wansan hoof tasted better than the small shop outside 😋. In short, it was a perfect recommendation. Everything in the room is so exquisite, from furniture to decoration, it gives people a strong sense of simplicity. In addition, the service of the B&B is also very thoughtful, and the staff are very warm and friendly, making people feel at home. Staying here for a night is really unforgettable. GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

The oversized bathtub 🛁, tent 🏕️, chalk writing board, and children's toiletries set are all very satisfactory. The service maintains the five-star level. The front desk guide is very patient. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you
