Both receptionists were very friendly and offered tea during check-in. They also kindly asked if I wanted a room upgrade and breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

Our time at Hotel Zhaoye was lovely! The homestay staff were kind, communicative, and accommodating. They offered Chinese and Western breakfast options, including meatless options for vegetarians. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The location of the homestay was perfect for those visiting Zhaozhuang. The staff recommended local restaurants and activities. It was easiest to communicate via Weixin/Wechat or in-person. Would recommend!

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

The hotel is clean and grand, with spacious and bright rooms. The front desk staff and servers are polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast has local specialties; the Aozhao noodles and chicken broth wontons are fresh and delicious, and the various seasonal vegetables are quite fresh.

I stayed at the Shuxiang Fudi Hotel in Zhouzhuang, and overall, it was a great experience. What impressed me most was the service: as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member was already there to greet us. They then helped us get our entrance tickets and personally escorted us all the way to the hotel – it was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast wasn't particularly elaborate, but it tasted good. At check-out, they even gave us a souvenir, which was a very nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhouzhuang.

During our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit. The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

The hotel environment is good, the stay is comfortable, there are many breakfast dishes, there is a gym on the third floor of the hotel, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the stay is very satisfactory! I will stay in the hotel again next time.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a bathtub. The hotel pool was a big hit with the kids, who had a great time over the weekend, and the adults were able to relax too. The hotel service was also excellent; they gave little gifts to the children both at check-in and check-out. We had a minor hiccup during check-in when the air conditioner in one of our two rooms started leaking. However, the hotel promptly moved us to another room, reinstalled the child bed rail, and even sent up a bunch of drinks and toys. Their handling was professional and efficient. The fact that the child bed rail was screw-fixed really showed they understood a parent's concerns – thank you to the installer (I don't know their name!). The hotel is very family-friendly in all aspects, and a special shout-out to our duty manager, Ivan, who handled all our requests promptly and professionally. We will definitely bring our parents and children back to stay here again.

The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean, tidy, and well-laid out, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with good ventilation and natural light. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway to Dianshan Lake. The location is great, right by Dianshan Lake and close to Rainbow Bridge. All rooms offer direct sunset views. It's a new hotel with nice decor. My favorite feature is the automatic sensor door from the garage to the elevator lobby – it's so convenient, no more fumbling with luggage and pushing a door at the same time. The front desk staff were very professional and upgraded us to an executive floor on the eleventh floor, which offered better views and was quieter. We drove around the area, and Dianshan Lake is beautiful. It's also very close to Xie Ma Bridge, Qiandeng, and Zhujiajiao. There's still some construction going on nearby, but I'm sure it will be even better once everything is finished. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the set meal was exquisite and delicious. I especially recommend the roasted pigeon – crispy skin and flavorful meat!
