SSCTan (Malaysia)Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

PPWHHA very nice stay. The host is very helpful. The room is as nice as the photo provided. Location is perfect, with the attraction entry gate a few steps away only. The view out from the window is perfect. Everything is just nice.

GGuest UserI booked this place after seeing the great reviews on Trip.com, and it really lived up to them. It's super close to the ancient town's archway ticket gate, so it was quite easy to find after getting dropped off by taxi. The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet at night, and I slept really well. The room was also very spacious, and it was lovely to relax on the small balcony in the afternoon with some tea and sunshine. The owners, a couple, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we left, and even gave me a bag of local specialties. Their dog is adorable too! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Zhouzhuang.

BBobby_LeslieThis was an incredibly satisfying and surprisingly good trip! After I made the booking, the owner called to give me directions to the free parking lot. Once I arrived, an electric cart quickly picked me up and took me to the hotel. The hotel itself rivals a five-star garden resort – it's clean, tidy, and has a comfortable temperature. They upgraded our rooms and placed them together, which was convenient for visiting each other. The rooms were very spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and impeccably clean with a cozy atmosphere. The family room had two extra-large beds, a bathtub, and an open-air balcony perfect for enjoying tea, the view, and conversations. Ordering takeout in the evening was also very convenient, with delivery directly to the hotel. The hotel also has its own restaurant within the ancient town, offering discounts to guests. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent, the dishes are visually appealing, taste great, and the set menus offer fantastic value for money. When checking out, I just sent a WeChat message to the owner, and an electric cart was immediately arranged to take us back to the parking lot. The entire stay was absolutely perfect! The owner also has a super cute Corgi. The next time I visit Zhouzhuang, I'll definitely choose Mulan again.

GGuest UserI was very pleased with my B&B. From the decor and the customer service, it's top-notch in my opinion. The room was spotless, even the balcony chairs were cleaned. The bathroom was fully Kohler, with an unexpected Hansgrohe shower. I didn't get a close look at the mattress, but it felt like a King Koil-quality one, and quite comfortable. The location is great, about a three-minute walk from the Twin Bridges. You can sit at the bridgehead until 9pm, watching the cruise ships slowly dissipate, and then return home later. Speaking of the service, the housekeeper was very welcoming and warm, something not many people can offer. In short, I'll see you next time I visit Zhouzhuang.

The hotel location outside has a nice view during night time, The only one , our room located on the ground floor is just in the front passage walkway unexpectedly. MMateja BokanAgain, it's a cute little hotel, exactly likey last review said. No changes in that regard. However, this time we were given a room with a hallway view (an outside window looking into the wall of the building about a meter away from the hotel's). I went to complain to the reception, but the receptionist had difficulty understanding what my complaint was (as the room did have a window). After asking for a room with an actual window out into the street, she said that that room needs an upgrade (despite our previous room from 3 days ago not needing it). And after a few back and forth she decided ”to give me the upgrade for free”. The new room was exactly the same as the previous one, except that the window opened into the street, so I'm having difficulty understanding why this was a 10min process... The room was modern yet again, very clean, the cleaning staff was beyond polite, however, I must note that this room had a vending machine for sex-related items, which may not be the most ideal thing if you're coming for a family stay (so maybe ask beforehand at the reception if there's that in your room). The breakfast has a large selection, and is good (the only note is that the drink choices should be better and not so artificial).

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay here. Hotel staff were very kind; they met us at the entrance to the ancient town to help us with our bags and lead the way. The rooms are lovely and have air conditioning and complimentary water bottles. The location is perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating. The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel. Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!
