Two storey log / stone-built high quality villa, built in 2006. On the entry floor there is a fireplace room, spacious bedroom with 2 beds, cot and TV, washroom, sauna, toilet and terrace. In the fireplace room another TV and air heat pump. Carport.
Upstairs spacious open plan kitchen / living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, open plan with 2 beds, WC, large terrace with garden furniture and swing. Living room air heat pump and TV. On the spot there is a locked Hot tub, which is not in use and will not be rented to customers. This villa is rented only for families and adult couples, not for young people. Cozy and stylish villa in Tahko close to all services but in a quiet location. Great views from the living room/kitchen to the lake Syväri.
Restaurant, shop, spa and sports park + all services within a 500m-1km from the villa. Old Course Golf Course 1.5 km, New Course 8 km, Nilsiä 13 km, Kuopio 65 km, Matkus Shopping Center and Ikea 70 km.
