We had a delightful stay at Hotel Pagong with M's in Kyoto. Although the room was compact, it was perfectly adequate for two guests. The service was consistently kind and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient 15-minute walk to Nishiki Market and both a 7-Eleven and Family Mart less than a block away. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, friendly service, and prime location.

Nice and clean hotel, good location to browse the city. The staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are not big but family of 3 with one big piece of luggage can easily fit in. Japanese style room is very charming but you might need some time to adjust to a mattress firmness. The breakfast selection is rather limited and repetitive.

This hotel is located right near the intersection of Shijo Horikawa. I checked in at midnight, but the front desk was kind and I was able to respond without a disgusting face. The room was clean and the amenities were substantial, and there was a USB port for charging, which was very helpful. However, probably because it was a premise to use a large communal bath, there was only a shower booth in the room. It may be a negative for those who want to slowly soak in the bathtub in the room. Personally, I was happy with the large communal bath, so there was no problem at all. It was also good that the transportation was convenient. From the Shijo Horikawa bus stop, you can go not only to Kyoto Station, but also to famous tourist spots such as Kinkakuji, Kiyomizu-dera, Toji, Nijo Castle, Arashiyama, and you can go to Gion and downtown Kawaramachi without changing trains. You will need to change trains once, but you can also go to Nanzenji Temple and Ginkakuji Temple. If you walk a little, you will find Hankyu Omiya Station and Arashiden Shijo Omiya Station, and it is very accessible for sightseeing or business. There is a Family Mart just south of the hotel, and there are 7-Eleven ahead, so you don't have to worry about a little shopping. The accommodation fee was reasonable and it is a recommended hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable for two . Location was superb and the reason I chose this hotel. Only one pedestrian walk away from Kyoto Station which is the best choice if planning to use public transport to move around. The staffs are all super helpful and friendly. Malls, Restaurant and convenience stores are in vicinity as well. Would definitely stay here if coming to Kyoto again. And you can store your luggage if you came earlier than designated Check In time so no worries about your lugagge.

Breakfast was very good. There is no fried food and the seasoning is only gentle. The way to take it on an ordinary plate without a partition without using a tray is very smart and good. On the day I stayed, I was surprised to find my favorite bread called Masa in Gion Bologna. I was impressed with the hospitality of delivering omelets in the open kitchen to my seat. The room is clean and functional, but it's too functional, so be careful that if you put the organisms in the first night and go out for consecutive nights, the electricity in the refrigerator will be turned off and it will not work (although this is my inadvertent). Very satisfied, I will use it again.

I stayed once before the renewal, but at that time it was not a very beautiful room for compliments. I stayed for the first time after the renewal this time, but it was no longer a separate inn. The room was comfortable, the view of the Uji River and the open-air bath with the room were large and comfortable. The staff was also pleasant and I want to go again if I can afford time and money. However, all dinners during the 3 nights were steak kaiseki shops, but until the first 2 nights, the chef was very good, and the meat was soft and I was able to eat very comfortably. There was a preschool child who was originally prohibited from entering the store at the last 3 night dinner (except for rental), and it was not possible to slow at all in the gaga gaga and the ugly gakinko. It seems that it was a family of your good, but I wanted the line drawing around it to be good.

It is located about 10 seconds after getting off Otsu Station and walking to the left. The front desk is at the very back of the second floor after going up the stairs (to the left of the drink counter). Is beautiful The bath, washroom, and toilet were very easy to use. I like the hair dryer and it was great ☆ Bed making was noisy early in the morning, so that was the only negative point. I would like to be able to check out after 10am. . I would like to use it again when I'm nearby♪

When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. After checking the details in their website, we booked a ”Biwa no kaze”room with private onsen and view of Lake Biwako. And we were not disappointed. The room looks newly renovated, and is very spacious with two beds and sitting area plus a tatami room. They offer different dinner packages, and we have chosen crab with steak as the main dishes for the first night, and lobster with shabu-shabu the second night. The foods were of very high quality, tasted and looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of different items. The ryokan is excellent in nearly all aspects. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights for purposes. I chose this one near the station because of the location, but the room is a business hotel type and is by no means large. Is it kept clean? I couldn't deny that the equipment was aging, so I entered the room and there was a spot that was noticeable. Although it is 2 consecutive nights, the card key will not work at 11 o'clock the next day, probably because I booked one night at a time, and an error occurred. I asked the front desk to deal with two stories, but I went to the front desk again without apologizing and went to the front desk again. From the time of check-in, I couldn't feel the service spirit at all at the front desk, and it was clerical. This hotel seems to have nothing to do with that. Because there are usually more people cleaning the room for one night, the aunt uses the entire corridor to spread the used linen in each room, and it is difficult to walk in the corridor. The elevator is also occupied by a linen transport cart around 1100-1300, and it is difficult to get there. It's okay if you just sleep, but it feels a little expensive for that room and service.

6699nigelaStayed here for 6 nights. Staff fantastic, room modern with all usual Japanese up to date bathroom facilities. Just a 6 min walk from Kyoto central station so access to all other areas in Kyoto either by train, subway or bus very easy. Free extras were the afternoon tea, happy hour drinks and evening supper - rice with sauce and nibbles. A couple of the major Buddhist temples 5 ,10 and 20 mins walk also the Japanese railway museum. Loads of food choices at and around the station. Very clean and affordable.

I really enjoyed the efficiency of having an easy check in/out experience. The bathroom and shower rooms were always clean and organized. I definitely recommend for solo travellers.

Modern, clean, always with good music and smell, well furnished with wood, concrete, and plants, with a lovely bakery at the entrance, and a fantastic restaurant serving a delicious and abundant breakfast. The room was very well modernly furnished. They offer you many experiences, and even an electric bike to visit Kyoto (that I really enjoyed). The staff was very friendly, even if sometimes it was struggling to talk due to poor English knowledge. It is very close to Higashiyama and Gion, which you can reach by walking 15-20'. The rooftop bar serves excellent cocktails. Additionally, the price is low for the service and the quality offered! FANTASTIC!

GGuest UserStayed at Kyoritsu Resort for the first time other than La Vista. Put your shoes in the clog box at the entrance like a Japanese-style ryokan. It goes straight up on the tatami mat. I really like the relaxing style, but I'm worried about customers who don't even wipe the carry case. I think it's the same as walking on a tatami mat with bare feet. It would be great if you could use disposable paper towels to wipe at the entrance. The free private bath is a type that you use after washing in the large public bath, just like La Vista. There are hot springs and others. It's enough because you can use the 30-minute time limit. Each person had a luxury of one place. Choose from 6 types of obanzai at the end. All types can be refilled and returned. You can choose either rice or noodles for your meal. It's not a luxurious ingredient, but I'm satisfied with the volume and taste. Breakfast is a buffet. How much is common, but everyone seems to be less interested than Tokyo Bay. I had a lot. The room is a compact twin. Shoji screens and bamboo Towa style I want a space to put my bag. Amenity is also a style to bring what you need in common. No waste. Nnatashahad a pleasant stay at kyoto tokyu hotel! the room was clean, spacious and the staff are so friendly and sweet ~ they have a shuttle bus that goes to Kyoto station every hour which is so useful! the shuttle bus stops just right outside the hotel :) will definitely come back again !!
